Evening   my friend  was a nice day 40's ., tomorrow they say 50

nice.,  but friday a bad day  heavy rains and winds., just went for coffee today., a friend came down from New Hampshire spend 2 hours with him talking., he helped me figuire out the changes in my insurance.,

Evening my friend., very cold day in the minus 2  so cold windy., had PT went well but i was doing good.,until today woke up dizzy., I still have more appointments., hope your having a good day.,  my son will be by for dinner tonight. came home and had leftover rice from chinese food., but i guess it didn't agree with me., i got so sick.,

so tonight just having ginger ale and crackers

gave them to my son tonight to mail tomorrow at the post office..   bought chinese food for dinner,
