To all my dear friends in this social site, old and new: If you notice I only keep a certain amount of comments on my page, I do not mean to hurt anyone’s feelings. Before you find yourself upset and decide to delete me, let me explain: all your lovely comments are saved on my personal files in my computer before they are ever removed. From the very beginning I moved here from that other site, "myspace," I made the decision I was not going to let all posted comments accumulate "online" for two reasons... one, most comment images end up getting moved or deleted from either the friend who linked them to the comment, or the hosting site going through maintenance changes; as a result, they end up not showing on our profile comment pages later on, and I don't like that. Two, I have always saved your lovely messages and comments on my own personal files at home ever since I have been on social sites, and I see no point on letting them grow online when, again, many of them if not most, will not show up anymore and we end up with ugly looking empty pages anyways. By doing this, I am doing a favor to "myboomerplace.com" by helping our host saving virtual space, and it is my way to keep better track of what is going on this social site. Again, if you do not see your old comments on my page anymore, they are all saved on my files and will forever be preserved on media such as DVD or Blur-ay discs. I love all of your comments and I understand the time, energy, and love you take to create them the way you do. I hope this will clear any questions you may have in regards to how I maintain my page. I have the feeling many will have an issue with it, but true friends will fully understand and eventually will make sense. Thank you, always yours, Ricardo. ♥

I am noticing I am loosing more friends than gaining new ones as we speak. I have the feeling people are beginning to leave this site slowly. Let us see what happens. I am also on myspace and facebook. I think people are more attracted to facebook for the simple fact that they can also play games there. It is a more interactive site. Not to mention the endless number of attracting apps. Myspace is not dead, and I notice more activity there as well, but it is not the same it used to be over a year ago. I do have many new friends there, which I find compelling. I still prefer myspace over facebook. I don't think I will be leaving this site. I still see it as a good tool to get creative. What is taking Ricardo so long to update his profile the way he wants it to be? You may ask! I have been pretty busy going through my large movie collection because I am planning to sell the ones I no longer want to own, whenever I have a chance to do it on my little free time from work. Also, my cat has been diagnosed with diabetes and I have an appointment on March 19th to go through the proper procedures to take care of her. I have been pretty tired, worried, and stressed out. I am trying to rest as much as I can and hope for things to settle down. This is also a reason why I sometimes do not comment back every day. To all of my current and future friends in this social site, I am coming to the realization that myboomerplace is keeping me more busy than when I used to be on myspace only; hence, I will try to explain myself in this my first blog. From the time I joined this site, I made the decision not to let all my incoming comments accumulate for two simple reasons: one, as an attempt to maintain my page on this site better than the one I have on myspace, and two, I simply see no reason to keep the oldest comments I have received from all of my lovely friends, since I am not going to be visiting all of them while being online, and more than likely, my visitors will not do the same. However, I do want you all to know the following: I obviously care and appreciate very much the time you put into your wonderful comments filled with unconditional love and support, and I want you to know how much they all mean to me; so, before I delete any of the older comments placed on my page, they are "all" saved on a special area dedicated to them all on my own personal computer. I simply save a full page at the time, and before I do any deletion, I double check that "every single comment" was fully and correctly saved on my very own "backup for comments." As you can all see, this process is a little bit time consuming, but I don't want to loose any of your lovely comments; from the inspirational ones, to the funny ones. From the romantic ones, to the sexy ones. I love them all. As a result, I currently feel that I may not be able to comment back every day; instead, I am planning to comment every two to three days as an attempt to manage my time better. Also, there are some days when work takes a lot from me both emotionally and physically, after having to be there for at least nine hours. I have all of the comments I have received on myspace since the time I joined that site back in 2007, and by now, I have a library of precious memories and mementos which will forever be a part of my life, and I am attempting to do the same from this site. Ultimately, "they will all be recorded on a DVD or similar media." シ I thank you for your understanding, and I want you all to know whether I comment back every day, every two days, or longer, I think of you always and I am very aware of how important you all are to me, and the positive footprints you are leaving in my life.
