Good morning, everybunny hare. I'm doing some laundry, and I should bathe the dogs, but I don't really want to do it. I'd have to put their beds in the wash and explain to Jeffy why he has to wait for it to dry. Then he has to "kill" the towel after I dry him and finally he lies on it. Slinky just ducks under the sofa. Not sure I want to chase dogs today. Maybe after lunch.
BTW, Slinky says it's going to rain today.

PS: I just realized it's after 12 noon, so good afternoon. My get-up-and-go never got here...
Something was smelling very fragrant, and when I went to the back yard, the little green bush was flowering. :)

Wednesday is here, whether or not we're ready for it. Slinky says it's going to rain. He's under the sofa and refuses to come out. He's my weathervane. :)
I've caught up with my work, unless Fearless Boss decides to go on a report-writing frenzy or send things to proofread. He says, "take your time." what he REALLY means is: I need it NOW! I can't keep up with all the comments. You all please forgive me for not "visiting" you, I just don't have the time nor the tendons to do it!

Just peeking in, friends. Still not recovered, am still in a corn fog, and I can't recall if I told you all, Son #2 was kind enough to share his bad cold with me... :/
It's back to be for me. I can take one or the other, but corn-fog AND bad cold, no. Greetings and salutations to all who are kind enough to leave me a comment in my guest book. I'm not ingnring you, I'm just not quite here. Or there, either.

I'm Somewhere in Wednesday! Something messed up my internal calendar! I can't seem to keep up with the amount of activity here, and hate to appear rude, when the truth is, I get overwhelmed. You all are a lively bunch! 
I heard that there's a hurricane heading towards the Gulf region. Hope everybody is safe and taking precautions.
I have to go back to work and stuff here at the house. I might be able to peek in once in a while. Be well, be safe, and God's abundant blessings to you all.
So, I found out that the funny smell that most propane gas contains is corn-based. I thought it was "all in my head" everytime Eddie would start the grill and I got a bad headache and general malaise.  
Sometimes you can't win for losing. At some point, I'm moving to Mars!

 What about this? Niece #3 doesn't want a poncho, and doesn't like this either. And I bought the girly pinkish purple yarn already. I might make it just to see if I can make it. I rarely make clothing for adults.
Wondering if this is something that someone would actually wear and not just something to sell yarn. I'm gullible! That's the pink yarn down there:

I'm making a poncho for one of my nieces. Made one for her younger sister and I think there’s a feeling of being left out, so like told her to choose her colors and then I would make it for her. So that’s my work in progress, and where you guys will probably not see much of me for the next week or so. http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/fire-and-ice-poncho Foggy was her color choice.
