Father, I come in the name of the resurrected Jesus whose we are and whom we serve…that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and in the earth and under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I effect and enforce God’s original plans and purposes over and against the plans and purposes of Satan. I decree and declare that in this battle, no weapon, be it emotional, financial, physical, social, spiritual, psychological, organizational,​ interpersonal, formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise up against me is condemned.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I place upon me the full armor and decree that the weapons of my warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God. In Jesus name, I pull down strongholds, cast down vain imaginations and every high things that exalteth itself against the knowledge of Jesus Christ. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I speak that God’s anointing destroys every yoke and I invoke order according to God’s divine systems of protocol.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, every diabolical sanction, subverting activity, and injunction, directive mandate or order, which opposes the will of the Lord concerning my life has been destroyed. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I disannul every diabolical decision and ruling concerning this ministry, my life, my family and anyone associated to me. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I take control over airways, galaxies, systems, realms, regions, domains, spheres, stratospheres, hemispheres, and atmospheres, and say that they line up with the word of God.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I release the angels assigned to me to handle any satanic contentions, disputings, strivings and resistance concerning this injunction. I further employ the host of heaven to war against the hosts of darkness. Father, I ask you IN THE NAME OF JESUS, to please take command over, bring to a halt further demonic movements and satanic activities emanating from the underworld.
Jesus, I ask You to contend with those who contend with me, fight with those who fight with me. Be my shield and buckler and fight this battle for me. Let terror strike the hearts of my enemies and cause their hearts to fail. It is you Jesus that give me stability, you have equipped me with salvation, Your right hand establishes me as victor in the battle. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, beat down my enemy, give me his neck, cause me to pursue and overtake them until they are wounded and consumed, falling at my feet, never to rise again. Establish my name in the Heaven. Let them that hear of me submit and obey.

IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I decree and declare that a prayer shield, the anointing and bloodline form a hedge of protection which, hides me from all familiar spirits and all other demonic personalities, making it difficult for them to effectively track or trace me in the realm of the spirit. There shall be no perforations or penetrations.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I release my name into the atmosphere and declare and decree that prayer warriors, intercessors and prophetic watchmen are picking me up in the realm of the spirit. I speak that they will not cease or come down from their watchtowers until their assignments have been completed.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I declare and decree that the spirit of wisdom, understanding, divine counsel, supernatural might, knowledge and of the utmost fear of the Lord is upon me, and as I advance I am divinely empowered and increase in skill and understanding. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, put a halt to all distractive, disturbing and destructive measures. For this reason the Son of God made manifest, that he would destroy the works of the enemy. I execute divine judgment against satanic/​demonic activities and I war in the spirit of Elijah and Jehu. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I nullify, dismantle, cancel and forcefully oppose any satanic operations which are designed to hinder prevent, frustrate, foil, deny or delay God’s original plans and purposes from their quick, swift and speedy manifestation.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I declare and decree this day that I will operate according to God’s divine will. I decree that God’s agenda is my agenda. I am not my own and have been bought with a price. I therefore submit to God and God alone. I superimpose the prophetic word over all abortive measures, strategies and tactics of the enemy.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I overrule and over throw according to Isaiah 54:17 all ill spoke words, and demonic activity, prayers and every idle word spoken contrary to God’s original plans and purposes. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I reverse any curses associated with theses utterances and decree and declare that they shall not stand, they shall not come to pass, they shall not take root and their violent verbal dealings are returns to them double fold. I declare and decree that every lying tongue is wrong and that the truth prevails.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I reverse the effect of any stigmas and declare and decree that divine favor, grace, honor and well wishes now replace any and all negative feelings, perceptions and thoughts concerning me, the ministry and anything I am called to accomplish. I declare and decree that nobility and greatness is my portion. Father, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, destroy the works of witches & warlocks who withstand the anointing as you did in the day of Moses. Confound the omens of the liars, astrologers, psychics, prognosticators​,​ sorcerers, and the like. Make fools of diviners and make their dark knowledge foolishness.
Father, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, rebuke and dismantle satanic alliances and confederations.​ Arrest them by the spirit. Let every covert and or clandestine effort endeavor fail. Disappoint the devices they have crafted, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise. Take them in their own crafty and devious ways, let them meet with darkness in the daytime, and grope in the noonday as in the night. Overrule and overthrow sabotage, subversions and setbacks. Everything prepared for me before the foundation of the world, that pertains to my life (ministry, calling) and godliness comes to me now. I declare and decree that every recourse necessary for me to fulfill Your original plans and purposes comes to me without delay, NOW.

I bow in worship and praise before you. I plead the Blood of Jesus on my entire physical body, on my entire soul and on my entire spirit. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any demons that may attempt to come against me. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any humans that may try come against me. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any natural accidents or catastrophe's that may come against me. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any diseases, illnesses or sicknesses that could possibly come against me. Father, in the name of Jesus, I have full faith and belief that the Blood of Jesus will always protect me. Father, I surrender myself completely and unreservedly in every area of my life to You. I gladly put myself into Your hands and I am more than willing to let You find a way to release Yourself through me. I take a stand against all the workings of satan that would hinder me in my prayer life. Father, the name of Jesus Christ, takes authority over every principality, every demonic spirit, and every spiritual wickedness in high places. The name of Jesus Christ has bound the spirit of fear, anxiety, depression, oppression, weariness, doubt, stress, bitterness, jealousy, unforgiveness, failure and poverty, and cast them out of my life, and the name of Jesus Christ has loosed the fruits of the spirit and prosperity in my life. Because the Blood of Jesus Christ covers me, satan has no power over my life, or anything that pertains to me. Heavenly Father, I recognize that You are more than worthy to receive all glory and honor and praise. I renew my allegiance and my vows to You and pray that the blessed Holy Spirit would enable me in this time of prayer. I am thankful that in Jesus, you have made me complete, and that You have offered Yourself to me to be my daily help and my strength. I am thankful that the victory the Lord Jesus Christ won for me on the Cross and in His resurrection has been given to me and that I am seated with the Lord Jesus Christ in the heavenlies. I take my place with Him in the heavenlies and recognize by faith that all wicked spirits and satan himself are under my feet. I declare, therefore, that satan and his wicked spirits are subject to me in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and I rejoice in Your mercy and goodness Lord.
I am thankful for the whole Armor of God You have provided. I put on the whole Armor of God and live and pray in complete dependence upon You, blessed Holy Spirit. I put on the Girdle of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Sandals of Peace and the Helmet of Salvation. I lift up the Shield of Faith against all the fiery darts of the enemy; and I take in my hand the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and I choose to use Your Word against all the forces of evil in my life.
I am grateful, Heavenly Father, which the Lord Jesus Christ spoiled all principalities and powers and made a show of them openly and triumphed over them in Himself. I claim all that victory for my life this day. I reject all the insinuations, accusations, and the temptations of satan. I affirm that the Word of God is true and I choose to live this day in the light of God's Word. I choose, Heavenly Father, to live in obedience to You and in fellowship with You. Open my eyes and show me the areas of my life that do not please You, and then work in me to cleanse me from all ground that would give satan a foothold against me. I do in every way stand into all that it means to be Your adopted child and I welcome all the ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life.
I am thankful, Heavenly Father, for the expression of Your will for my daily life as You have shown me in Your Word. I therefore, claim all the will of God in my life this day. I am thankful that You have blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. I am thankful that You have begotten me unto a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. I am thankful that You have made provisions for me so today I can live filled with the fruits of the Spirit in my life. I recognize that this is Your will for me and I therefore reject and resist all the endeavors of satan and his wicked spirits to rob me of the will of God. I refuse to be fooled by my feelings and I hold up the Shield of Faith against all the accusations, distortion and insinuations that satan would put into my mind. I claim the fullness of the will of God for my life and I walk in the authority given to me by Christ Jesus.
By faith and in dependence upon You, I put off the fleshly works of the old man and stand into all the victory of the crucifixion where the Lord Jesus Christ provided cleansing from the old nature. I put on the new man and stand into all the victory of the resurrection and the provision He has made for me to live above sin. Father I pray that you will dwell in my heart by faith; that you will keep me rooted and grounded in your love. For Father in your love there is no fear; because your love is perfect and it casteth out fear. And I thank you Lord for not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.
Heavenly Father, open my eyes each and every day that I might see how great You are and how complete Your provision is for me. Father, please give me eyes to see and ears to hear that I can understand those things that you are showing and speaking to me, so that I may understand you more fully and do exactly what you want me to do. Oh Father, when You said seek my face, my heart cried out to You, your face Lord will I seek. Father, hide not your face from me, put not thy servant away in anger, thou has been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation, but show me your face and lead me in the way that I should go so that I won't stray from the straight and narrow path that you have set before me. Oh Lord I ask that the heavens be opened and that I may see visions of God.
In every way I stand into the victory of the ascension and glorification of the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby all the principalities and powers were made subject to Him. I claim my place in Christ this day, and I am victorious with Him over all the enemies of my soul. Blessed Holy Spirit, I pray that You would fill me up to over flowing, break down every idol and cast out every foe. I pray that You will help me to walk in the Spirit this day, as well as every day. I pray that You lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from every evil and demonic temptation and every snare of the enemy. I pray and believe that no weapon formed against me will prosper, and every tongue that riseth up against me shall be condemned.
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I completely surrender myself to You, Heavenly Father, as a living sacrifice. I choose not to be conformed to this world, but choose to be transformed by the renewing of my mind, that I may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Father, I pray that You would show me Your will and enable me to walk in all the fullness of Your will for my life. I pray that Your power and Your anointing shall be upon me, and that when the enemy comes against me one way, the Holy Spirit will force him to flee from before me seven different ways. I pray and believe that every trap the enemy sets for me will backfire on him, and work out for my good, which is for Your glory; for You said all things work together for the good, for those who love the Lord, who are called according to Your purpose. I affirm, Heavenly Father, that You have not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love and of a sound mind. Father in the name of Jesus, I bind every stronghold of satan formed against my will; I surrender my will to You and choose to make the right decisions of faith for my life. Father, in name Jesus I bind every stronghold of satan formed against my body; and I surrender my body to You recognizing that my body is the temple of the Almighty Living God and a dwelling place for His Holy Spirit and I will rejoice in knowing that the blood of Jesus Christ covers me.
Father, your Word says when a thief is found he MUST restore everything that he has taken sevenfold. The WORD of GOD declares that satan came to steal, kill and destroy, and the Holy Spirit has exposed everything that he has taken away. Therefore, according to God’s Holy Word, satan the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth commands you to RESTORE EVERYTHING you took away SEVENFOLD. The name of Jesus Christ commands you take your hands off my finances, job, my home and my marriage right now in the name of Jesus. Father, your word says that whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven; whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven. Therefore, in the name of Jesus, I bind every stronghold of the enemy that have been holding back our financial blessings, and in the name of Jesus I loose prosperity in our life according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Father, I pray and believe that You are blessing me and causing me to prosper in all I do, that You are enlarging my territories, and that Your hand is with me to keep me from evil, so that it would not cause me pain. Father, I speak to the seven Spirits who are before Your throne, to impart into my life blessings. I speak forth: The Spirit of the Lord, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. Father we call forth our financial blessings right NOW in the name of Jesus, Oh Lord, we pray send NOW Your prosperity!
Father, please allow the Holy Spirit rest upon me, the spirit of wisdom and revelation, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; And give me quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and Father let me not judge after the sight of my eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of my ears. Father please take the coal and cleanse my lips so that no evil or corrupt communication will proceed from them, but that which it good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace to the hearer, set the captives free and glorify the Almighty Living God.
Heavenly Father, I pray now and throughout this day You would strengthen and enlighten me, and show me every way satan is hindering, tempting, lying and distorting the truth in my life. And I pray and believe that You will enable me to be the kind of person that would please You. I pray and believe that you will enable me to be aggressive in my prayer life and in my walk of faith. I pray and believe that you will enable me to be aggressive mentally, so that I can study, meditate, write and practice Your Word, and to give You Your rightful place in my life.
Nearly two—thousand a day! Suicide has increased 300 percent since 1950. The teenage suicide rate in America is the highest of all industrialized nations. And according to the National Education Association, ". . . teenage suicides are linked to depression fueled by FATALISTIC MUSIC AND LYRICS." In 1988, Dr. Mark Rosenburg, addressing the American Society of Suicidology, said, "It was thought that the way to prevent suicides was to treat depression . . . It's not the case with these kids. Rather than being clinically depressed, these young suicide victims are impulsive, acting out fantasies."
Where are the fantasies coming from these young people are acting out?
Time after time ... the culprit — ROCK MUSIC! Dr. Paul King, medical director of the adolescent program at Charter Lakeside Hospital, in Memphis Tennessee, says more than 80 percent of his patients are there because of rock music. He adds, "the lyrics become a philosophy of life, a RELIGION."
WHAT ARE THE ROCK STARS PREACHING? Elton John, sings, "Think I'll buy a forty-four/Give 'em all a surprise/Think I'm gonna kill myself,/Cause a little suicide." The Nihilistics sing, "This method is effective, tried and true/It's the only solution left for you/Kill yourself, kill yourself/It's about time you tried/Kill yourself, kill yourself/IT'S ABOUT TIME YOU DIED" The Healing Faith sings, "I put a bullet in the chamber/Put the barrel in my mouth/Six to one I'm gonna make it/One in six I'll snuff it out." Metallica sings, "I have lost the will to live,/Simply nothing more to give/There is nothing more for me/NEED THE END TO SET ME FREE." Ken Wooden, investigative reporter for "20/20" said, "Why do we spend billions on advertising? Because people answer the ads. This type of music is a form of advertising . . . And I've seen kids who have responded to the ads. I'VE SEEN THEM DEAD ON MARBLE SLABS." Sixteen-year-old Steve Boucher put a gun to his head, pulled the trigger and blew his brains out. His parents blame their son's suicide with his obsession to AC/DC's song "Shoot to Thrill." He was sitting under his AC/DC poster when he pulled the trigger. In February 1986, eighteen-year-old Phillip Morton, hung himself from a closet door in Delafield, Wisconsin. Pink Floyd's album The Wall, which includes such songs as "Goodbye Cruel World" and "Waiting for the Worms," was playing continuously in the background. In the book "The Psychology of Music", Dr. Schoen says, "Music is the most powerful stimulus known among the perceptive processes."Charles Manson, who claimed inspiration from the Beatles, used music to gain "satanic" control over his followers who went so far as murder under his command. Art Linkletter blamed "secret messages" in rock music for the death of his daughter in 1969. Dr. Howard Hanson, a director of the famous Eastman School of Music said, "Music is made up of many ingredients and according to the proportions of these components, it can be soothing or invigorating, ennobling or vulgarizing, IT HAS POWERS FOR EVIL AS WELL AS FOR GOOD." Satan has commanded a vicious attack at the young of this generation. Jesus Christ said in John 10:10, "The thief cometh not, but for to STEAL, and KILL, and toDESTROY:" And his number-one target is the most vulnerable — THE YOUNG! The Dead Kennedys, sing, "I kill children,/I love to see them die/I kill children,/I make their mothers cry." The Bible in Ezekiel chapter 28 describes Satan before his rebellion and fall, verse 13, ". . . thou hast been in Eden the garden of God: every precious stone was thou covering . . . the workmanship of thy TABRETS and of thy PIPES was prepared in thee the day that thou wast created."

Satan is connected with music and you'd better believe he knows the awesome power of music!
2 Corinthians chapter 4: verses 3-4 says, "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world (referring to Satan) hath BLINDED THE MINDS of them which believe not".
The battle is a battle for the mind! Jesse Penn-Lewis in her book, Battle for the Mind says, "There is a great battle to-day over THE USE AND CONTROL OF THE MIND . . . it is primarily THROUGH THE MIND that Satan holds his captives in his power." One of the greatest attacks Satan ever placed upon the human mind is rock music. Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, who Newsweekmagazine calls the Lucifer of rock, said years ago,"we,ve had they're bodies . . . and now WE WANT THEIR MINDS." Satan knows, if he can capture your mind he can control you. Jesus Christ commanded us in Matthew 22:37, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thyMIND." In Mark chapter 5, Jesus Christ casts the demons out of the maniac of Gadera, and verse 15 reads, "And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right MIND:" The apostle Peter gives a solemn warning in 1 Peter 1:13, "Wherefore gird up the loins of your MIND". Anyone who has studied hypnosis knows the key vehicle for hypnosis isrepetition. In hypnosis, the subject is usually asked to repeat a phrase over and over until their conscious mind is in a hypnotic, suggestive state. While under hypnosis, people have little or no control over their actions. Many times they don't even know what happened. In San Antonio, Texas, a sixteen-year-old boy while listening to Pink Floyd's album The Wall, went into a trancelike state. Without warning, he suddenly jumped up and brutally stabbed his aunt to death. According to the police report, there were no drugs involved — JUST THE MUSIC!The boy claimed the music HYPNOTIZED HIM and does not even remember the killing! Satan is using a powerful and subtle form of hypnosis to capture the mind. The key to hypnosis is repetition and the main ingredient of rock music isrepetition. An overwhelming, repetitive, driving beat. That steady, repetitive beat can place the listener's mind into a dangerous state of suggestive hypnosis. And friend, that danger is frightening when you consider the words fed into that young impressionable mind! In October 1984, Nineteen-year-old John McCollum shot himself in the head, while listening to Ozzy Osbourne sing "Suicide Solution": "Evil thoughts and evil doings/Cold, alone, you hang in ruins/Thought that you'd escape the reaper/You can't escape the Master Keeper/ . . . /Where to hide, suicide is the only way out." He was still wearing the stereo headphones when his body was found! The Institute for Bio-Acoustics Research, Inc. (IBAR) was hired to evaluate "Suicide Solution". Not surprisingly, they found subliminal lyrics that weren't included in the copyright "lead sheet". The subliminal lyrics are sung at one and one-half times the normal rate of speech and are not grasped by the first time listener. However, they claim the subliminal lyrics,"are audible enough that their meaning and true intent becomes clear after being listened to over and over again." What are some of the hidden subliminal lyrics? "Why try, why try? GET THE GUN AND TRY IT! SHOOT. . .SHOOT. . .SHOOT," —followed by a hideous laughter! But, that's not all! IBAR's analysis of "Suicide Solution" found something else — Hemisync tones, which result from a patented process that uses sound waves to influence an individual's mental state. The tones have been found to increase the rate at which the human brain assimilates and processes information." IBAR alleges that the Hemisync tones made 19-year-old John McCollum more vulnerable to the suggestive lyrics sung by Ozzy Osbourne. The McCollum's attorney says he has received "at least 20 phone calls from parents indicating their kids committed suicide — not just listening to rock music but specifically to Ozzy Osbourne." John McCollum's father said, "THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE PUTTING OUT . . . there are people who are out there trying to make money, and THEY HAVE NO HESITATION TO SELL YOUR KIDS DOWN THE DRAIN . . . You see a perfectly normal kid there who doesn't show any signs of depression at all — happy. Then six hours later, he's dead. Nobody can explain it. The only thing we know is that he was listening to this music." Jimi Hendrix, among rock's greatest guitarists, who choked to death on his own vomit in 1970 due to a drug overdose, said,"Atmospheres are going to come through music because music is a spiritual thing of its own.YOU CAN HYPNOTIZE PEOPLE WITH MUSIC and when you get people at the weakest point YOU CAN PREACH INTO THEIR SUBCONSCIOUS whatever you want to say." Homosexual rock star Little Richard, said, "Some rock and roll groups stand in a circle and drink cups of blood. Some get on their knees and pray to the devil. In December 1985, eighteen-year-old Raymond Belknap and James Vance after listening to Judas Priest sing "Beyond the Realms of Death", climbed out the bedroom window, and went to a nearby church playground. There Belknap put a sawed-off shotgun to his head, pulled the trigger and literally blew his head off. As Belknap lay dead on the playground, Vance took his turn. He said,"There was just tons of blood. It was like the gun had grease on it. There was so much blood I could barely handle it, and I reloaded it and then, you know, it was my turn, and I readied myself. I was thinking about all that there was to live for, so much of your life is right before your eyes, and it was like I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONTROL . . . MY BODY WAS COMPELLED to do it and I went ahead and shot." Vance survived the gunshot wound, but slipped into a coma in November, 1988 and died a few days later. The bereaved parents brought legal action against Judas Priest. The lawsuit stated, "The suggestive lyrics combined with the continuous beat and rhythmic non-changing intonation of the music combined to induce, encourage, aid, abet and mesmerize the plaintiff into believing the answer to life was death." According to expert witnesses who analyzed the Judas Priest album, both subliminal messages and backmasking were found. They found the subliminal message "Do it" at least six times. Attorney Kenneth McKenna said,"They just literally obeyed the commands of the music, and the lyrics . . ."

Sixteen-year-old, Dennis Bartts, of Center Point, Texas, told his best friend he "planned to meet Satan."He walked to the high school football field, carrying his portable cassette player. When he got there he popped AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" in the cassette player, and hung himself from the goalpost. There is no rational explanation for such behavior, outside of "satanic" influence. Reporter Tom Jarriel on ABC's "20/20" said, "The Satanic message is clear, both in the album covers and in the lyrics, WHICH ARE REACHING IMPRESSIONABLE YOUNG MINDS." According to the book Satanism in America, which is endorsed by the National Criminal Justice Task Force on Occult Related Ritualistic Crimes, hard-core Satanism has been called"the fastest-growing subculture among America's teens."

Tommy Sullivan, your typical, all-American, fourteen-year-old — BECAME A BRUTAL KILLER! That Saturday night, Tommy's father was awakened by the sound of a smoke alarm. He got up and discovered a small fire burning in the living room. While he was putting it out, he heard the front door slam. He went to the window in time to see someone plow the family car into a snowbank, then jump out of the car and run. Then he found his wife in the basement, lying in a pool of blood. Her eyes had been gouged, her cheeks carved and her throat brutally slit. "We knew immediately who our suspect was," said Detective Hart. On the front seat of the family car was found a note in Tommy's handwriting, addressed to "the greatest demons of hell." It included a pledge to kill his family. The pledge had been crossed out, and in parentheses, Tommy had added, "I have already killed my family." Early the next morning, a neighbor spotted Tommy's shirtless, frozen body in the neighbor's snow-covered backyard. His wrists were slashed and his throat slashed from ear-to-ear with an intensity that nearly decapitated him. Mayor Fran Slayton put it best, "There's just something that's bothering me about this situation. It bothers me that a good kid like that can go in two weeks." Satan- The devil is a very powerful spirit who, though wicked and sinister,should not be taken lightly nor blasphemed. II Peter 2:10-12, Jude 8-10. Now if Michael, an arch angel of God, speaks carefully, we who are less in power than he, must not speak daringly. The word is "blasheme". Satan was God's glorious creation, full of wisdom and beauty. God trusted him enough to place him as the guardian cherub in the garden with Adam and Eve. It was in that garden he caused his own fall from heaven and the fall of all those angels foolish enough to follow as he lured God's new children from Him. Satan rules the world and the air, for now.
FFallen Angelss- Wicked angels can and will do harmful, evil things to people. They particularly like afflicting the people of God. Why? Christians have the opportunity to go where evil angels can never return. When Christians die, they will go to be with God in heaven. "The angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandon their home" (Jude 6) can never live there again. Satan and his malicious horde hate God and want to bring Him as much pain as they can. A Third of the angels were cast out of heaven, with Satan, to the earth. Revelation 12:4 and 9.
Angels were referred to as "Sons of God" in Genesis 6:1-4. As men began to multiply on the earth, the potentiality increased for a male child to be born to woman who could destroy Satan. As a result, Satan feared every new male child that was born. The Devil, therefore, had to prevert mankind into terrible wickedness. We are told that "The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were fair, and they took them wives of all that they chose," (Genesis 6:2). It appears that this produced a monstrous race called giants (Nephilim). The Scriptures state, "There were giants on the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same mighty men which of old, men of renown." (Genesis 6:4). It is not agreed upon scholars just who these sons of God were, but some scholars believe that the sons of God were godly Sethites who married the beautiful daughters of Cain. My opinion differs from this view.
Antiquity held these "sons of God" to be angels. Here are some reasons that the "sons of God" were "angels".
1. Because the particular expression, "sons of God" (Bene-ha-Elohim) refers to angels in every other Old Testament Scripture: Psalms 29:1, Psalms 89:7, Job 1:6, Job 2:1, Job 38:7, Daniel 3:25.
2. The Septuagint Version, which is the Old Testament translated into Greek, reads it "angels". So does the Codex Alexandria.
3. The Jews also thought that the sons of God were angels.
4. The Book of Enoch 6:2 advocates this view; Likewise, the Testament of the Twelve Patriachs.
DDemons- Demons in the Bible are the souls or spirits of the wicked dead. The souls of the wicked dead not only roam the earth but can inhabit and control the bodies of the living.
Pagan writings used the word demon to refer to spirits of dead peolpe. Hesiod quoted Plutarch as saying, "The spirits of mortals become demons when separated from their earthly bodies. Hesiod also wrote, "The demons of the Greeks were the ghosts and of departed men. Alexander Campbell wrote, "Thus a separated spirit became a genius, a demigod, a mediator, a divinity of the ancient superstition according to its acquirements in this state of probation."
What "dead" did these "wicked spirits" or "demons" come from?
The "giants" or "Nephilium" that were mentioned in Genesis 6:1-4. The Nephilium were a very evil race of giants that was produced from the sinful relationship between earthly women and the fallen angels that are bound in chains, in the abyss, awaiting judgement. Demons are a product of this evil race.
Possession, Oppression & Demonization
Possession- The condition in which one or more evil spirits inhabit the body of a human being, taking complete control of it and expressing his (or their) personality through that body.
Oppression- Mild to severe harassment by evil spirits resulting from the opening of some door to Satan's influence.
Demonization- In demonization the Holy Spirit of God isn't displaced. The demon doesn't take control of the person as in possession but rather assumes a position of extreme influence and inordinate power over the person's decisions and actions.
