Thanksgiving, what a crock.
Cook it in a pot.
Cook it over a pit.
Cook it in the oven.
Turkey overload, just don't croak.
Then they'd think you're a frog,
Off your legs,
And fry them up.
Washing it all down with grog.
You'd better not look like a bump on the log.
Or they'll mistake you for a bum
And send you to a shelter.
Then you'll miss all the football,
And wonder what's it all good for.
Remember in the end from whence it all comes.
And give thanks for the little things,
Like Luby's and onion rings.
Enjoying thanksgiving with the wife true,
And thanking God for the blessing of knowing you.
