Fridays are always so exciting!  Even when you are retired, you know the weekend is almost here.

But we must always take time to be thankful for the small things in life.  

Everyone knows December means Christmas is almost here and it's time to celebrate the birth of Jesus our Savior.  

Kids will be watching the sky for Santa in his sled full of toys because the children are all trying to be good this month.  

December is a month to enjoy every day to celebrate each day with the friends who mean the most to you.  Blessings & Hugs & Kisses too!  

We are nearing the weekend but we have so much to be Thankful for today.  

Thanksgiving has come and gone and yet each day we add to the list.  Take some quiet time to be grateful.  

You know that there will be more pies eaten in the month of December!  Pace yourself.  

Have a wonderful time spent with friends exchanging gifts and just visiting.  Thanks for being my friend.  

Some of my long-time friends know way too much about my past.  I am thankful for the changes Jesus has made in my life.

Middle of the week already!  Boy was it cold here yesterday morning!  Brrr!  We started at 29° but we warmed up to 50°.  

Oh and I love to read but there are times that it puts me right to sleep!

Our dogs had so much fun during Thanksgiving with people all around dropping food.  Now they can't wait for some company to come visit again.  

Laughter always makes me feel better.  I hope you enjoy it too!  

It was a great day after Thanksgiving for me too!  We beat our rival.  

Tuesday is another busy day for us.  Yes, Tacos are involved at some point today.

There is always coffee to start the day!  I hope this puts a smile on your face!  

Hopefully most of the shopping is done.  But in Texas, boots are important!  

However Jesus should be the most important of all in everyone's life.  

Then everyone would have peace and joy all over the world.

Hello Monday and Friends!  A wonderful time was had by all of us over the entire Thanksgiving weekend.  I hope you had a wonderful weekend too!  

Yesterday we said goodbye to November and today we say hello to December.  

I pray that this last month of the year will bring you lots of happiness as we celebrate the birth of Jesus.  

Oh yes, how I would like to skip winter and it be Spring already.  Our temperatures are very cold for us this time of year.  

We went from warmer than normal to colder than normal in the blink of an eye and the changing of the months.
