Pam, your like the rest of us gals, a womans work, is seldom done!! I am actually resting, being here at the computer! 76 degrees here today. I have not noticed many Hummingbirds here the pass two days. The Oriole's must be gone around here. I have noticed your weather has been very hot!! I have had a busy week! Trying to connect to my friends, I hadn't seen in awhile! Monday I went to a friend that lives about 20 miles from me. We went to lunch, and sat on her back porch, rocking in her rockers! Divine, I tell you!! Tuesday Eleanor came here. We talked and I got her lunch. Wednesday, I went to the B&K rootbeer stand, got spanish dogs and cheesy fries. I had baked a cake. Saw my dear friend, Mae, who has cancer. On Thursday, I cooked for Bess& then for us. Friday Boyd&I shopped for us and Bess. Today I did some laundry and cooked for us. Tomorrow I shall rest!! Seems like, I feel tired alot!! You are the best!! Shirley
Hello Pam, sending some of my rain your way. We have had so much rain and bad storms this summer. And today is another stormy day here. We had a bad storm on July 4th that knocked down a tree that damaged my house and destroyed my garage. And I didn't have power for 4 days. All is well here with Boyd&I. I help once a week cooking for my sister-in-law, Bess. Her sister& I. It works. Bess has Cirrhosis of her liver. No, she isen't a drinker of alcohol. Our pastor's wife, Lora, who fell and broke her back in two places, had bone cement injected into her spine on Thursday. I pray it will heal well. So many are fighting different diseases! I feel blessed. Hugs

Hello Pam, we are slightly cooler here today and Im loving it. We had a huge flock of black birds (grackles) light in our yard last night and feed on something. Not sure what, unless it was bugs. They stayed an hour or so then left. It was the craziest thing. Probably 200 birds at least, maybe more. I got some pics but could not fit them all in the frame. Have a good weekend.
