hello Pam! I just got back inside from watering my flowers/bushes, clean out and put fresh water in the bird bath...I try to do it aroud 6:30 a.m. every other day,  to beat the heat of the day...we're now under a "dangerous heat warning" for the rest of the week..I NEED to get myself motivated to start up my chair exercises again...but....LOL!
