Sorry dears that it has been so long since I have been over here...have spent most of my spare time on facebook..gack.. Not a heck of alot for news really..Was in a relationship, but it was one sided (his of course) go figure..am now not in it...Work is getting better for me..had my review and got a raise...this past week was asked if I would like to work an extra day a week for awhile and I said yes..waiting to hear what day...I have gotten to be a clothes hog since I lost so much weight...mostly dresses which I find funny...bright colors too..Did also go to a dentist and had a new smile made...giggles...I feel pretty, oh so pretty.. Hope this finds you all well and happy...miss you Linda and sorry I havent kept in touch..night shift sucks and I end up hibernating on my days off..or running miss chrissy.

Gosh all I seem to be doing these days is working and sleeping. Third shift is a humdinger..but I am enjoying my job and new friends there so its all good. Homelife is boring to say the least...quiet as the grave at times except for the upstairs neighbors when I want to sleep..lol. I miss my friends...and multiply...I used to write alot of blogs there..dont know whats happened with me and blogging..I dont do it as much lately..

What a week! Had to work Black Friday and the night before...next month I start a five day stretch at work, then one day off, work a day and then another day off...has me puzzled actually...I am only part time. Five days in a row will put me at fourty hours in one week. For working Thanksgiving (the night of the start of black friday) we got an extra ten percent off our purchases, but we have to wait until Dec 5/6 to use it..so that means 20% off..we normally get 10% on most everything. Now to decide what to use my 20% on...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I have been slowly getting my new place comfy..a friend gave me a love seat recently..fits so nice in my livingroom. Have my christmas tree up already..and all my presents bought and wrapped.. I recently got an invite...but for some reason cant find it on here...sighs.. So for whoever reads this, that sent the invite, please reinvite..this old gal can be such a putz sometimes. LOL.

Ahhhhh yes finally have a phone and internet at my new home..I will no longer be so out of touch with people..It got a wee bit lonely here..The first thing I had to do on here is check my schedual for work, printed that out..then catch up on my pay stubs..then changed my address for walgreens..giggles, have their new card to save money and get points. Slowly I will get my new address and phone number out to those who need it. On another note...work is fine..keeps me tired and keeps my hands sore..but, its going okay for me there. Only other news is that the dog I bought my oldest granddaughter at the shelter three or so years ago got hit by a car..she was a good dog..lovable to everyone except Danny, but I think she knew he was allergic to her..She will be missed..as is the family had a double whammy with that..first Danny's grandmother dies on his birthday and now Princess (the dog). Little Paige has taken both deaths rather hard..

Today's plans consists of trying to move some things into the apartment, going to the bank, buying at least one chair, some food for the fridge, and taking a nap before I have to go to work. Then after work..buying a microwave and coffee pot and coming back to move in more stuff, and sleeping before I have to go to work on Friday night, saturday night and sunday night...then finish it all the rest of my moving on monday. Of course I have to get a post office box and send in that number and some paperwork to my new landlord. I think I am going to be a wee bit busy for the next week. Giggles.

The apartment I saw (actually two of them in the same building) were cute, but...in need of touches..which isnt a problem..One was an upstairs and the other a downstairs..am looking at the pros and cons...upstairs might be easier  on heat but, it costs more for rent..plus there are the stairs to climb..I am thinking the downstairs one would be better...cheaper, ground level. There is one thing though that puzzles me on how to deal with it..no mail boxes...would have to get a box at the post office which is close by..but, extra cost and not handy when one works a night shift. I am thinking its going to be an annoyance....and looking at that word (lol) and wondering if I spelt it right annoys me too..

Will be looking at a couple of apartments on Sunday morning..then a nap before I have to go to work that night..Did ask my supervisor to check to see why I am on a three day schedual for the next two weeks..told him, it will be real hard to get out on my own if I only have three work days/nights a week. He said he would check into it..

Having nights off suck actually. I can never seem to stay awake which screws up the day afters sleep pattern..I am thinking that when I finally move it wont be such a problem. That way I can do my own thing all night without bothering anyone else's sleep. There is a two bedroom cabin for rent downtown..going to look into it soon. Gawd knows my schedual will be a little more open the week after next. Got less hours on my schedual..not working a Saturday..sighs..not good for the checkbook, but good otherwise.
