my dear friends, as some knows i continue my chalenge to cut out deserts, cake, sweets , as you know i started dec.31,2015, was for only 30 days, well my friends its amost valentine day this sunday, my friends 2 of them is staff of my club, they made a bet with me, if i make it by valentines they well put me on a scale just like the bigest loser tv. show. if i lose some weight i get 10$ , 5 $ each girl put in. val.day is sunday so they have to wait untile monday the 15th. iam on my honest honor , i havent had no cake, pie, puding nothing sweet, my club staff and friends temp me i refused them all. SO MY FRIENDS we see what happens monday at my club. they having a valentine party.keep warm everyone its going to freez this weekend, by the way at church refreshments i only eat salads , exc. GOD BLESS U ALL.

today jan.31,2016, church today was a blessing joy, happiness, prasing the lord jeesus. our brother in christ H ANK is back with us eldering our church and back to his job, several months ago he found out he has cancer of the bladder he had sergery frist time was removing cancer cells
, but they found out it spread to the wall of the blader second sergery was big one removed his bladder, then he had blood clods, he still have to continue kemo , his faith is strong and hes back with us smile on his face , encourge us. as well. continue praying for his family , his wife eileene and his 3 aldult sons. prase thank u jesus amen. love u jesus.
ccontinue prayers for hank. its now that his cancer is back. 2016 he was cancer free. now his family is asking for prayers again. prase god. thanks .tomrrow friday he be going for more treetments.
tomrrow feb.12,2016 hank is going for his frist chemo he has to go 4 months treetmements pray they get all the cancer , hope for cancer free. god bless him and his family

NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP,THE KING SIZED bed is soft and deep. I sleep right in the center goove . my human beings a handy move ive trapprd their legs, they tuked in tight, and here is were pass the night. no one distribes me or dares interubed tile morning comes and want food,/ i sneak up slowly to begin and nibble on my human chin, for mornings here its time to play. i always get my way, so thank you lord, for giving me the one who hugs me and hold me tight and gives this human person that i see their bed at night.

prase god, today at church the minister gave us update on our friend elder of our church , Hank is home from the hospital he had sergery about 10 or 12 days ago. removing his bladder now he is cancer free. prase god. thank you for all the prayers for the family , i also thank all my friends. iam so blessed. with great wonderful friends like family. have a good week.

HELLO EVERYONE./ Recently started a chelange cut out sweets for 30days, after i went to my doctor yesterday i added my goal to lose 15 pounds by feb 14 valentines day , least try to. if i can ill go up to april 5. when i go back to my doctor. 15 or 20 pounds. my friends at my club the staff members , start a bet if i lose it ill get 10 dollars. 5 dollars each, two friends went 50 50. oh boy. why i just keep my mouth closed lol. let see what happens.
hi. my friends, and all boomers. recently i wrote a blog about the bigest loser starting tomrrow night at 9 pm. there is a 30 day chalenges excuse the spelling , iam taking it, see if i can do it suport each other. i cut out sweets, deserts. eat more vegies, i start today, had vegable soup its cold tonight. tomrrow at my club ill tell them no cookies for me. if there is deserts like cake or pie say no thank you. So my friends this is sunday frist day of the week. tuesday jan.5 .i have blood work and flu shot good night.

for a christmas tree cold and wintry is the sky, bitter winds go whisling by, orchard boughs are bare and dry, yet here it stands a fruitful tree. Household fairies kind and dear, with loving magic none need fear, bade it rise and blossom here, little friends, for you and me. Comeand gather as they fall, shinning gifts and great and small. santa claus remembers all when he comes with goodies piled , corn and candy, apples red, sugar , horses , gingerbread, babies who are never fed, are hanging here for every child. shake the boughs and down they come, better fruit then peach or plum, tis our little harvest home, for though frosts the flowers kill. though birds depart and squirrels sleep, though snows may gather cold and deep, little folk their sunshine keep, and mother love makes summer still. gathered in a smiling ring, lightly dance and gayly sing, still at heart remembering the sweet story all should know, of the little child whose birth has made this day thoughout the earth a festival for childish mirth, since that frist christmas long ago. merry christmas to all boomers god bless u all.
