I can't make up my mind on this election--anyone else having the same diffic ulty? One minute I'm sure--the next, I am not. Too much rhetoric--not enough? I am afraid I will have no decision until I reach the votying booth--what's one to do--jjnance2

Due to various and sundry reasions, I have been gone awhile--I'm Back.....Ta Da as my Eliza would say. My Eating plan has finally decided to cooperate--losing at a very slow rate--also have a BP problem--meds increase, am hoping wl will alleiviate the need for this extra med. Can see changes have been made since I have been away--Happy Easter

I have evidently had something in my system for ten days or so--it seems to be gone--I had no appetite, was feeling full all the time, and BP appeared to be up. Can't figure if it was my change in eating habits, a stomach virus or what--guess I should be happy it is gone--am wondering if it was a fiber issue. It's OVER...............

Just stopping in--just found this site today thru another site I was on--seems alot of them are leaving because of some rule changes not particularly popular--I only got on the other today and am just generally klutzing around. Our Lake is cold, 3 ice shacks on the lake, no word from my three kids, so just a quiet day at hom Me, the Hubby, and the cat.
