Well I have more bad news...I guess most of my friends know that my daughter was killed in a car accident...well her brother had a really bad time with her death..he has a severe greivance disorder, they were so close...but they liked 4 days being a year apart in age...About a year or so after her death Jason was with one of his friends and they were both blasted on crack cocaine..Jason got really bad on drugs after his sisters death he just couldn't deal  with her being gone...the boy pulled a box cutter on Jason an they began fighting...things went from bad to worse and the boy wound up dead...keep it in mind both boys were high...extremely high...the toxicologists report showed the boy that died had 1.1 liter of cocaine in him...the toxocologists said enough cocaine for the cocaine itself to kill him...Jason turned hisself in and cooperated fully..the only thing he wouldn't cooperate with was they tried to get him to plead guilty to robbery and he said I

m not pleading guilty to something I did not do...the boys body layed on the side of the road in a ditch for at least an hour possibly longer I'm not sure how long exactly...the autopsy pictures showed alot of blood but think  about it...anybody with that much crack in their system their heart is gonna pump blood quickly...if you cut you're finger think how bad you would bleed...this is my point...Jason tried to cooperate...he turned hisself in...the boy cried for 4 yrs over his friend...this wasn't something deliberately done it was just very plainly 2 boys both out of their mind on drugs and this was a freak thing that shouldn't have happened...my guess is if the other boy had'nt died I would have had another dead child...but this is my point...how can this be....Jason got life with no parole over this ...this is a boy who sat an cried all through court........Zahra Baker's step mom ..was given a deal for 2nd degree murder she didn't turn herself in certainly didn't cooperate at all...she lied she wrote ransom notes from day 1 this woman lied...now how does this happen that somebody who admits to being wrong and was suffering real remorse goes to prison for life with no parole...I'm not saying he shouldn't pay for what he did...Oh God a boy lost his life...but they wouldn't give Jason a break at all as bad as he was suffering no matter how he cooperated...is there anyone at all that understands or can they explain it to me..I've been talked about and called a sorry mother even been called a bitch online... this I didn;t deserve ...yes I took up for my son and anybody else would have to I have suffered at least 5 yrs over what I have had to endure with my children...but I believe that my son deserved to be treated alot differently than he was ..he really didn't have a criminal. record..certainly no violence at all..I think he had a couple of marijuana charges when he was around 16 or 17 and a DWI..that's the mist serious charges he ever had against him...but I sit an watch people that they knew they were lieing get up on that stand and swear to lies...his so called girlfriend got up on the stand saying how afraid she was of him..if he had ever hurt her she would have broke her neck  getting to the magistartes office that's just what kind of person she was...Jason just didn't have enough money for her that's all...I just really needed this out because the truth is both boys were at fault and it could have very easily have been my son that died that night..I'm so tired of Jason taking all the blame for it...I've let things go and sit and read trash online...Just think it's time I defend my son .. my son was always laid back and easy going this is a nightmare.

    yes this was VERY outta character for jason. i was married to the man from '98 TO '09 BUT SEPERATED IN '02 . And i can say honestly that thru it all seperation and divorce child custody everything that i can count 2 times he even raised hi...s voice let alone his hand to me!!! it just wasnt in his nature!! i cant imagine what that boys family has went thru=( my heart goes out to you. There are no winnera here only losers. You lost a son and my son lost his dad=( as did margaret .. She lst her son as well. i do not understand how the court system works in these cases but i do know the system is broken.!! severely!! when you can dismember your child, cut and scatter her remains, make up a ransome note, lie to everyone!! and not get death!!! to me that shows intent! a freak accident would result in that person being honest no matter how scared they were or wat they were about to lose for ever. Right is right. No they shouldnt have been there or high in firat place but at least he knew as high as he was that he never meant for ijt to go that far. And he needed help for his friend and himself. He said he felt like he was watching himself during wat happened. An outta body experience i guess. But a nightmare cause he couldnt stop himself while he watched. My heart is so full of saddness for both families involved. You are always in my thoughts and prayersSee More
