I like old silent movies, especially anything with Lillian Gish. I like some foreign films--Raise the Red Lantern, The Cranes are Flying, Girl From Hunan. My favorite films also include, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Red (recently saw this, good movie), Steel Magnolias, any good western, action/adventure, some romantic comedy (depends on my mood). What I don't like is off-color humor trying to mask itself as entertainment quality comedy.

I don't like rap.

Bad grammar. Bad spelling. Improper use of words--i.e.: there/their, your/you're, affect/effect, good/well, etc. I especially dislike the use of "I" for "me" when "me" is appropriate. It bothers me more than the other way around.
