I love books by outstanding people in the field of stress or health. I read about two per week and my favorite is Damasio's 2004 book "Looking for Spinoza."

I developed a stress management program for the young men who upon graduation or exit from the university went to Vietnam. Not long thereafter, it was of value to my first 600 minority students entering higher education. I love learning and living in the moment!

We all are the seeds of the Universe and choose to add beauty and laughter or bias and pain. "Let It Be" comes to mind as a song that says it well.
