A well known view of Christopher Robin..leaning over the bridge..watched by Pooh and Piglet..dropping sticks in the stream..

,has been recovered..it was kept by EShepards wife..

and is up for Auction soon .in London..

 Its valued at .£50.000..it is..9.x 5 ins,,size..

it must be in quite a delicate condition by now..

Marilyn won two golden globes.in her career...what films ..were they for...??

.apparently she  was never nominated ..for Academy awards..but was nominated 4 times for golden Globes.....two in 1953,,and 1962...not for Acting

 but being..Worlds Film Favourite.....an honorary award..not given any more..

She was given..a golden globe for acting..in ..*Some Like  it Hot..**[best actress,in a Musical..Comedy..with Jack.Lemmon.....

she was nominated for.A golden globe ..for *Bus stop*..in 1956  for drama..but she was beaten ..by Deborah Kerr,,in *The king and I*..

..When Marilyn dies in 1962..her acting.teacher was given all her personal effects.....he kept them till his death,,in 1982..when his widow inherited them ..

in 1999.Marilyns effectswere auctioned ..for $13,000.405,785..

-including the golden globes which sold for..$358.500.....

The 1954 globe went for..$34.500

The 1959  globe[some like it hot]went for ..$140.000...they went to PRivate buyers...

The last award..globe.went for $184.000

..She would have been wealthy ..after her death,,but she never found Happiness.it was very sad......
