Hubby completed his cardio program yesterday..36 classes total. He began on March 31. He is continuing to do his workouts at the local ymca. I'll be joining him this weekend. His job is very stressful, but he loves what he does.
We had fall temps this morning..same for tomorrow. July came in like a Lion, and stayed there until then. After Dog Days end (Aug 8), hopefully our weather will remain kind.
