Creditworthy?
Posted On 07/13/2011 05:19:59
Blog: Creditworthy? How when the president isnt even "trustworthy?" By:Joe Wolfe Shared on AOL.com,Myspace.com,Twitter.com,Myboomerplace.com,and Blogger.com (the truth about Barry) Creditworthy..... Most Americans have such a problem with credit card debt alone that they dont see the problem with spend now, and worry about it later theories. In my twenties, like many other young people, I got caught up in the use of a credit card....it was easier to whip out a card, than use the money earned. It was only because a loan was made so I could pay everything off....and start anew that it all ended. Today I can say I am one of the few with ZERO in credit card debt. President Obama issued a broadside Tuesday in the debt ceiling debate, saying in a high-profile interview that he cannot ensure government benefits -- including Social Security -- will be paid if Congress fails to act. "I cannot guarantee that those checks go out on August 3rd if we haven't resolved this issue. Because there may simply not be the money in the coffers to do it," Obama told CBS News. What a scum bag. Raising the amount we can spend isnt the answer- although it may have reached a point now where it is out of control and has to be to not default. The problem is, the spending- the credit limit is out of control, and like an adolesent determined to continue whipping out that card and spending more and more of what they dont have and never can repay, government is growing larger and larger....and wants to get even fatter. And now, rather than trim from within even a penny- Without regard of the future, we are looking at an interest payment now due of 29 BILLION dollars- INTEREST ALONE- NOT THE PRINCIPAL. Treasury Czar Geitner said, "Handling all payments for important and popular programs (e.g., Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, defense, active duty pay) will quickly become impossible," Social Security should NOT be viewed as a "popular program." Neither should military pay... His golf outings where he flies in Air Force One to Puerto Rico and all over the planet on "vacations" certainly have become popular programs for Obama havent they. But scum bag boy Barry chooses to use the situation to scare elderly who depend on that money. He makes me sick- but if that was really true, I would have to go to a doctor and he already said that medicaid stuff is in jeopardy. So let me think of another terminology to describe my particular level of disgust. While his advisors around him continue to give themselves fat raises- some up to 70% increases.....yet he says he may not be able to pay our soldiers who HE sent into harms way in stupid places overseas? Surely at some point, the word IMPEACH THE JERK should be on the lips of we the people. Oh now Joe, be careful....you are walking close to the terminology of sedition.....Nope- not at all....Ive said nothing about overthrowing anything.....I am saying that what is happenning surpasses the definition of the word,"TREASON" though- And THAT is a criminal offense....prosecutable. And we should do it under our own version of FAST AND FURIOUS.... Again, treasonous to supply weapons to our enemies and one of those weapons killed a border patrol agent.Heard Obama apologize for that? How much did "Operation Fast and Furious" cost us all? Nope, and you wont likely here him apologize or even admit he authorized it....he is too busy at work to send our defense in lands far away to supply his part of a new world order and chaios in the middle east- so now he can tell our elderly and veterans at home they have no money to "fund popular programs." The first paychecks to get cut should be the the president, his czars and appointees, all members of the US senate and congress. Until they do their job, they should not get paid. The new attack on Libya alone costs us 10 million a day.....10 million.....and they cant even explain to us why they are doing so. How far would that go to take care of our people....oh wait... FEMA helping people in the tornado outbreak - thats a "popular program" too right? We use words like "creditworthy"- and that goes hand in hand with "trustworthy" and clearly we have leadership that is neither.... We may raise the debt limit- but do remember newtons law....what goes up, does come down....AND HARD. Want to be under it when the economy falls? Oh that is coming..... Then that morning when we wake up to hear the news of economic collapse- you will know the true meaning of CHANGE....

THE POWER OF DENIAL

Blog
The power of denial, by Joe Wolfe on Myspace.com, AOL.com, blogger.com,
and Twitter.com, and Myboomerplace.com

Okay, lets be serious.....

Like so many others out here, I never wanted to believe there was truly
a weapon that would be able to control weather. I like sci-fi... but
even the most detailed version of Star Trek didnt have anything like
that in it.

HAARP.... is real.... But let me introduce you properly. It stands for,
"High Frequency, Active Auroral Research Program."

And it is here.. and it is now.....

Jerry Smith is an author, and has come forward with detailed
information of the HAARP project.

The project is in southeastern Alaska in a remote area.....It is 360
antennas, acting as one-  and each can generate 10,000 watts of energy
and power....that is 3.6 MILLION watts collectively. The largest legal
AM radio station in the US is only 50,000 watts by comparison.

HAARP doesnt broadcast out....it broadcast UP....into the ionesphere.
It actually heats it, and creates irregularities that allows signals to
be bounced back to earth.

Officially it is in the research stage.....so they one day they can
communicate with deeply submerged submarines....andin this modern day
of terrorism search, they say HAARP could help locate terrorists in
caves and areas beneath the surface....Oil companies created the
idea.....and when the US government saw other uses for it, they bought
up all the designs and plans. By 1993, it was in the hands of the
military.

Yes, this technology is THAT old....and most Americans dont know it is
even there.

HAARPs extra low radio waves are so strong that it can be used for
other things than communicating underwater-

The same set of papers on HAARP that say it could be used for missile
defense, also state how it could be used for weather research over
north America. And other things the government has actually thought
of....

"The ELF- extra low frequency- that would allow them to talk to deeply
submerged submarines is at the same frequency the human brain works at.
Brain waves really are in part, radio waves....and those brainwaves can
be influenced by external signals."

That may be a bit much to consider at this point, so lets look at
weather research and the device being used as a weapon....

In the first gulf war, the military admits they used it in the desert
in Iraq as a way to manipulate the troops to not even fight the US
soldier who were coming in. Thousands gave up in mass....HAARP can make
you paranoid, give you depression and
anxiety....depression..insomia..and those surrendering troops gave
testimony of  all of those.

Aurora Borealis, or the northern lights are often effected by anything
in the ionesphere. The night before the Indonesian tsunami, the lights
were said to be far stronger than any had even seen before....

The next day....disaster....2004...

The power we are speaking of would be power of devastating
porportions...consider the power in 50 Mount St Helens volcanos going
off in succession for a minute...this could even be stronger. Experts
call  this a trigger for global terrorism.

A beam 12 miles wide.....being shot upward against the protective
barrier of earth.....could this cause weather events like.....

Katrina....2005

Earthquakes? 14 scientists who stake their scientific names say yes,
and it would be easy to do for that powerful machine....

Even the creator of HAARP, Bernard Eastlund, who died a few years back,
was against the possibilities that HAARP could be twisted to do.

In 1984, Eastlund said the technology was for things like missile
defense and that was during the cold war era.  Never as a weapon to be
used against humanity. He stated that in the wrong hands, the world
could cease to exist as we know it...

Decades later, where has the technology advanced to? And whose hands is
it in the hands of? This is an Air Force Restricted area....and all
things military are in the control of the commander in chief....who
says that a good crisis should never go to waste....

These are comments from the History Channel.. a credible source of
information.

"Electromagnetic weapons ... pack an invisible wallop hundreds of times
more powerful than the electrical current in a lightning bolt. One can
blast enemy missiles out of the sky, another could be used to blind
soldiers on the battlefield, still another to control an unruly crowd
by burning the surface of their skin. If detonated over a large city,
an electromagnetic weapon could destroy all electronics in seconds.
They all use directed energy to create a powerful electromagnetic
pulse."

"Directed energy is such a powerful technology it could be used to heat
the ionosphere to turn weather into a weapon of war. Imagine using a
flood to destroy a city or tornadoes to decimate an approaching army in
the desert. The military has spent a huge amount of time on weather
modification as a concept for battle environments. If an
electromagnetic pulse went off over a city, basically all the
electronic things in your home would wink and go out, and they would be
permanently destroyed."

For those who still doubt that such devastating secret weapons have
been developed, here is an intriguing quote from an article in New
Zealand's leading newspaper, the New Zealand Herald:

"Top-secret wartime experiments were conducted off the coast of
Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb, declassified files reveal.
United States defence chiefs said that if the project had been
completed before the end of the war, it could have played a role as
effective as that of the atom bomb. Details of the tsunami bomb, known
as Project Seal, are contained in 53-year-old documents released by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade."

If the military secretly developed a weapon which could cause a tsunami
over half a century ago, what kind of advanced deadly weapons might be
available now? And why is it that the general public still doesn't know
about secret weapons developed over 50 years ago?

Remember Eisenhower saying that we needed to fear the military
industrial complex and those who govern over it..

Now fast forward......

April  27th 2011....

The south is devastated by super tornadoes, the like of which experts
claim they have never seen in history...

Tornadoes that travel along parrallel paths- tornadoes that never leave
the ground for hundreds of miles...and grow the longer they are on the
ground.

Joplin Missouri....a massive tornado slices Joplin in half.....

Last week, tornadoes in Mass- an area not known for having
tornadoes....towns are destroyed.

Freakish events....an earthquake off the coast of Japan, that set a
reactor into shambles and sets a tsunami so powerful that it washed up
in Hawaii and California.

The Haiti earthquake.....which President Clinton seemed very interested
in touring and seeing for himself....

Clearly the military has a weapon capable of doing quite alot of
destruction if they so chose....

But would they actually use it against our own people? Yes they would-
and call it collateral damage....

We can deny it all we want....we can deny that our elected officials
would ever do that to the people....therefore breaking their will and
beating them into submission, and opening avenues for martial law and
military control....

Denial doesnt change the facts.....

HAARP is here, and now... and its power only challenged by the equally
powerful denial that most citizens have that it even exists.....

OBAMA SPEECH FACT CHECK..
Posted On 03/29/2011 06:13:55

WASHINGTON – There may be less than meets the eye to President Barack Obama's statements Monday night that NATO is taking over from the U.S. in Libya and that U.S. action is limited to defending people under attack there by Moammar Gadhafi's forces.

In transferring command and control to NATO, the U.S. is turning the reins over to an organization dominated by the U.S., both militarily and politically. In essence, the U.S. runs the show that is taking over running the show.

And the rapid advance of rebels in recent days strongly suggests they are not merely benefiting from military aid in a defensive crouch, but rather using the multinational force in some fashion — coordinated or not — to advance an offensive.

Here is a look at some of Obama's assertions in his address to the nation Monday, and how they compare with the facts:

___

OBAMA: "Our most effective alliance, NATO, has taken command of the enforcement of the arms embargo and no-fly zone. ... Going forward, the lead in enforcing the no-fly zone and protecting civilians on the ground will transition to our allies and partners, and I am fully confident that our coalition will keep the pressure on Gadhafi's remaining forces. In that effort, the United States will play a supporting role."

THE FACTS: As by far the pre-eminent player in NATO, and a nation historically reluctant to put its forces under operational foreign command, the United States will not be taking a back seat in the campaign even as its profile diminishes for public consumption.

NATO partners are bringing more into the fight. But the same "unique capabilities" that made the U.S. the inevitable leader out of the gate will continue to be in demand. They include a range of attack aircraft, refueling tankers that can keep aircraft airborne for lengthy periods, surveillance aircraft that can detect when Libyans even try to get a plane airborne, and, as Obama said, planes loaded with electronic gear that can gather intelligence or jam enemy communications and radars.

The United States supplies 22 percent of NATO's budget, almost as much as the next largest contributors — Britain and France — combined. A Canadian three-star general was selected to be in charge of all NATO operations in Libya. His boss, the commander of NATO's Allied Joint Force Command Naples, is an American admiral, and the admiral's boss is the supreme allied commander Europe, a post always held by an American.

___

OBAMA: "Our military mission is narrowly focused on saving lives."

THE FACTS: Even as the U.S. steps back as the nominal leader, reduces some assets and fires a declining number of cruise missiles, the scope of the mission appears to be expanding and the end game remains unclear.

Despite insistences that the operation is only to protect civilians, the airstrikes now are undeniably helping the rebels to advance. U.S. officials acknowledge that the effect of air attacks on Gadhafi's forces — and on the supply and communications links that support them — is useful if not crucial to the rebels. "Clearly they're achieving a benefit from the actions that we're taking," Navy Vice Adm. William Gortney, staff director for the Joint Chiefs, said Monday.

The Pentagon has been turning to air power of a kind more useful than high-flying bombers in engaging Libyan ground forces. So far these have included low-flying Air Force AC-130 and A-10 attack aircraft, and the Pentagon is considering adding armed drones and helicopters.

Obama said "we continue to pursue the broader goal of a Libya that belongs not to a dictator, but to its people," but spoke of achieving that through diplomacy and political pressure, not force of U.S. arms.

___

OBAMA: Seeking to justify military intervention, the president said the U.S. has "an important strategic interest in preventing Gadhafi from overrunning those who oppose him. A massacre would have driven thousands of additional refugees across Libya's borders, putting enormous strains on the peaceful - yet fragile - transitions in Egypt and Tunisia." He added: "I am convinced that a failure to act in Libya would have carried a far greater price for America."

THE FACTS: Obama did not wait to make that case to Congress, despite his past statements that presidents should get congressional authorization before taking the country to war, absent a threat to the nation that cannot wait.

"The president does not have the power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation," he told The Boston Globe in 2007 in his presidential campaign. "History has shown us time and again ... that military action is most successful when it is authorized and supported by the legislative branch."

Obama's defense secretary, Robert Gates, said Sunday that the crisis in Libya "was not a vital national interest to the United States, but it was an interest."

___

OBAMA: "And tonight, I can report that we have stopped Gadhafi's deadly advance."

THE FACTS: The weeklong international barrage has disabled Libya's air defenses, communications networks and supply chains. But Gadhafi's ground forces remain a potent threat to the rebels and civilians, according to U.S. military officials.

Army Gen. Carter Ham, the top American officer overseeing the mission, told The New York Times on Monday that "the regime still overmatches opposition forces militarily. The regime possesses the capability to roll them back very quickly. Coalition air power is the major reason that has not happened."

Only small numbers of Gadhafi's troops have defected to the opposition, Ham said.

At the Pentagon, Vice Adm. William Gortney, staff director for the Joint Chiefs, said the rebels are not well organized. "It is not a very robust organization," he said. "So any gain that they make is tenuous based on that."

___

OBAMA: "Some nations may be able to turn a blind eye to atrocities in other countries. The United States of America is different. And as president, I refused to wait for the images of slaughter and mass graves before taking action."

THE FACTS: Mass violence against civilians has also been escalating elsewhere, without any U.S. military intervention anticipated.

More than 1 million people have fled the Ivory Coast, where the U.N. says forces loyal to the incumbent leader, Laurent Gbagbo, have used heavy weapons against the population and more than 460 killings have been confirmed of supporters of the internationally recognized president, Alassane Ouattara.

The Obama administration says Gbagbo and Gadhafi have both lost their legitimacy to rule. But only one is under attack from the U.S.

Presidents typically pick their fights according to the crisis and circumstances at hand, not any consistent doctrine about when to use force in one place and not another. They have been criticized for doing so — by Obama himself.

In his pre-presidential book "The Audacity of Hope," Obama said the U.S. will lack international legitimacy if it intervenes militarily "without a well-articulated strategy that the public supports and the world understands."

He questioned: "Why invade Iraq and not North Korea or Burma? Why intervene in Bosnia and not Darfur?"

Now, such questions are coming at him.

Tempers flare as budget draws nearer
Posted On 03/29/2011 06:11:01

With the clock ticking toward a possible government shutdown, spending-cut talks between Senate Democrats and the Republicans controlling the House have broken off in a whom-do-you-trust battle over legislation to keep operations running for another six months.

Democrats have readied a proposal to cut $20 billion more from this year's budget, a party official said, but they haven't yet sent it to House Republicans. That's because they say it's unclear whether the majority Republicans would accept a split-the-difference bargain they'd earlier hinted at or will yield to demands of tea party-backed GOP freshmen for a tougher measure.

The official spoke only on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations.

"Republicans refuse to negotiate," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid declared on Monday. "The infighting between the tea party and the rest of the Republican Party — including the Republican leadership in Congress — is keeping our negotiating partner from the negotiating table. And it's pretty hard to negotiate without someone else on the other side of the table," the Nevada Democrat said.

Republicans countered that it's the Democrats who have yet to offer a serious plan to wrestle spending under control and that a Democratic offer from last week to cut $11 billion from the budget was laced with gimmickry.

Time is running short. Staff-level negotiations last week ran aground, and the principals are going to have to pick up the pace to have any chance of making an April 8 deadline to avoid a partial shutdown of the government. Right now it appears that the shutdown that both sides have sworn to avoid is possible — if not probable.

The vehicle for the latest fighting is legislation to bankroll the day-to-day operating budgets of federal agencies — including military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan — through the Sept. 30 end of the budget year. Other major tests will soon follow, as House Republicans unveil a blueprint to attack the broader budget mess next week — and a must-do measure to maintain the government's ability to borrow money to meet its responsibilities. Within that context, the current battle involves relatively modest amounts

Last month, House Republicans passed a measure to cut more than $60 billion from the $1.1 trillion budgeted for such programs last year. All the savings were taken from domestic programs and foreign aid, which make up about half of the pot. Democrats in the Senate killed the measure as too extreme, citing cuts to education, health research, food inspection and other programs and services.

Since then, Republicans have won $10 billion in spending cuts as the price for two stopgap measures that have prevented a government shutdown.

Reaching agreement between Democrats and Republicans is proving difficult enough. Then comes the second hurdle for House Speaker John Boehner: convincing his many tea party-backed GOP freshmen that it wouldn't be a sellout to accept the sort of split-the-difference measure President Barack Obama could sign.

Last year, Republicans promised to ratchet spending down to 2008 levels and force Obama to backtrack on generous budget increases made on his watch. To meet the promise, GOP leaders initially pressed for about $35 billion in cuts in a proposal that took account of the fact that the budget year was almost halfway over.

That idea didn't sell with tea party activists, and Boehner was forced to almost double the size of the cuts, driving away any potential Democratic support. Democrats say they're now willing to meet roughly where Boehner started out in the first place — cutting about $70 billion from Obama's requests of more than a year ago, roughly $30 billion below current levels. A Democrat familiar with the talks said the offer was just $6 billion away from where Republicans signaled they could go.

The Democrats say Republicans are insisting on using the House-passed legislation slashing more than $60 billion from the current-year budget as the starting point for talks, pulling back from an agreement with Boehner's office to work off a baseline essentially set at last year's levels. At the same time, Democrats want to mix in more cuts from non-appropriated accounts such as farm subsidies to ease reductions in agency operating budgets.

Boehner appears to be in a no-win situation. Any agreement with Obama is sure to incite a revolt among hard-line tea party figures who want the full roster of cuts and an end to funding for Obama's signature health care law. And social conservatives are adamant that the measure cut off money for Planned Parenthood clinics that provide abortions in addition to the family planning services the government funds.

Attempts to outmuscle Obama with legislation that pleases tea partyers, however, could incite a shutdown.

One option circulating among Republicans is to use the Pentagon's budget to pass a short-term measure to avoid a shutdown. It would carry stiffer spending cuts than the $10 billion in bipartisan cuts to earmarks and domestic accounts achieved so far.

well whatcha know

Hey to all my boomer friends- I havent fallen off the planet after all...just been doing alot of writing back in myspace land.

I hope this finds everyone doing well.

It is hard to fathom that writing these blogs and sharing with each other would be a thing that would be facing a threat, yet that is what is happening- and if you arent watching it, then you are already behind.

Laws were passed just before the republican take over of the house in November mid term elections. Things attached to bills that were a gazillion pages long that were passed thru in the dead of the night that virtuially NO one has knowledge of.

Funds stolen and hidden away to secure the things they want to do....hidden steps to make things get implimented and there is no way we can stop it because of teh fact that Obama has the veto to over power it.

Its bad stuff....not rumor or conspiracy theory, but a real world mess that is unfolding around us....

and sharing this inforrmation is why I have been on myspace posting as I have- while there is time to do so.

I plan to be on here more now. I hope that anyone who wants will stop by and visit as i make changes to this account.

Have a blessed week ahead...

Frontal Attack
Posted On 11/17/2010 06:04:30

After what you and I both saw on election night, I hate to be the bearer of bad news.

But the truth is, the hordes of newly-elected pro-gun Congressmen and Senators won’t be sworn in until January 3rd.

Until then, President Obama is STILL armed with massive majorities -- and they are coming back to Washington next week to pass as much Big Government legislation as they can.

Not only that, but there are still dozens of anti-gun Republicans in both houses of Congress, as well.

With Election Day now behind them, they’re no longer even trying to hide their DISGUST for the Second Amendment.

That’s why what happens in the “Lame Duck” session of Congress over the next few weeks WILL be our toughest test yet.

As Harry Reid put it, the "Lame Duck" session is going to be a "Goose on Steroids."

Time is ticking for them, and they are basing everything that we are all too wrapped up in the holidays and gift buying and manger scenes to notice.....

THEY PLAN TO PUT THEIR PLANS INTO PLACE.....BEFORE JANUARY....

This is a frontal attack, and a good indication of what is coming....from Obama....the second two years.

God help us all.
