I hope your raccoon has more pep than mine

i think the blocks help a lot

The neighbor next door lot is lower than mine and when it rains the water goes down the side of my vinyl fence in back yard. and washes the soil so there is a gap under the vinyl fence,

So I am over there adding dirt and garden blocks against  the outside  of my fence, to keep the  rain water from washing  the dirt   away under the fence leaving a gap

glad your getting the rain then, I went to Lowe's this morning and picked up some  topsoil so I can finish my  project. I think today it will be done
