At 4:15 p.m. it is 63 sunny degrees. We did have clouds this morning and some rain. Now wonderful. I ate after I had to car's oil changed. So it was 1:30 p.m. when the oil was changed and I had a half a taco salad, and that was good. That was enough food to feet an army the half salad. Now I am having Minute Maid Soft Frozen Lemonade, which is frozen ice and that is good. My MRI will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. So I will finally know what is going on and know if down the road they will do the CT. Take care and have a good rest day June. Bro. Doc

then home couldn't decide what i wanted for lunch or dinner., so had a plan peanut butter sandwich.., hope you are having a great Tuesday., see you in the morning.,
Good afternoon to you. I have 3 more physical therapy sessions and I will be done. The muscles in my lower back feel so much better. Its a cool day here. And Thursday and Friday we have a good chance for some much needed rain. How is the weather where you live? Not much going on here. I do have dishes to do but I will do them later.
