Apple's IOS 15 and Safari are having bug issues playing embedded videos on their AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) software. If you can, try playing the videos on a Windows / Chrome PC or laptop / notebook to test this. If the videos play okay, look through the IOS forums and perhaps someone has found a work around or Safari has a patch that is in their latest browser version.
