We are good. Had a late evening storm move thru last night, bringing an inch of rain with it. Our last family reunion was close to 20 years ago (in KY).. seems like yesterday. Time goes by so fast.

Hi Shirley. How did the family reunion go? It would have been lovely to catch up with everyone.  How often do you get together?. I was the youngest of a family of 7 children. There are only 3 of us left now but I haven’t seen them for a very long time as they live some distance from me and like me unable to travel now. Sad really as I would love to catch up with them.  We don’t have many pine trees growing around here but lots of large Eucalypt/Gum trees that shed leaves and bark. The house south of my unit has a garden specimen tree growing close to my back fence and its leaves, twigs snd small branches are continously dropping on the roof of my back porch and gutters. The roots are also lifting my pavers.  I’ve spoken to him but he just ignores me. Not a nice man so I just put up with it.  We had a nice rain over the weekend that set the creeks running and filled rain tanks. That was welcome to the farmers. The sun is breaking through this afternoon but it’s still chilly outdoors. Have a pleasant week Shirley. Hugs ~Pat~
