I am boring, I like true life stories, anything with Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner, Harrison Ford. Sam Elliot and San Neal.

Anything that I can sing to and understand. My favourites are Neil Diamond, Chris De Burgh, Josh Groban, Celine Dionne, Whitney Houston. I like some country and gospel. Kenny Rogers, easy music. But I can appreciate it when someone has a good voice or carries a message in their songs.

Most books. I like true life, believable stories. I don't like horror or detective/crime stories.

I love writing, listening to music. Doing crosswords, meeting people, socialising, shopping and being with friends.

I came from England to live in the States a year ago. We had been coming on vacation two or three times a year for six years and I knew this was where I wanted to be from the very first time. I have four children and nine grandchildren, all of them live in England.
I am a published author and my first book 'FoOTPRINTS' was published in June 2005.My second book "OUT OF THE GUTTER'Has been accepted by my publisher and is due out late fall. I am now working on a sequel to my first book.I ran a successful writers workshop for eight weeks and was asked to set up a writing circle. I have done this and we meet the first Tuesday in every month. We have just registered with The National Association of Writers Groups in England, and we are so excited as we are only the second international group to register with them. So with my writing and all else thats going on, I am kept very busy.
