Thank you..glad to be back and I am feeling much better.. had some long lasting effects from Covid.. my blood work came back with low iron and low B12.. gradually getting it back up to normal..
This year is ending and a new one will begin, but the Menus will remain. I've had to make a few changes, tho I'm hesitant to make any, I'm forced to make some. My Alyse page has longer Menus. If you'd like to see one of your favorites added, I will gladly add it.
