I spent my weekend painting!—exterior shutters and touching up my interior doors... tomorrow comes the second coat!—phew!
In France, Labor Day is May 1st; it's great when it falls on a weekday—having it on a Monday extends your weekend, so you only have four days of work left! ...lol

Good morning everyone l am having problems posting images. No sites seem to work for me now so just a typed message today. Hope you are having a lovely, peaceful Sunday. Bit windy here but nice for a walk. Coming into a lovely time of the year. Autumn is really special. Lots of blackberries around so l will be making more crumbles and jam too. Going to see now if l can sort out what the problem is with posting images.
