Good Afternoon to you. Been busy doing many loads of laundry. Got the last load in the dryer, YEAH!! I went to the doctor on Friday about my lower back. I have no infection anywhere. What I do have is my lower back musles are all tight and in a mass of knots. he put me on a muscle relaxer that I could cut in half. I was scared to take one cause I have never ever had to take them before. The 1/2 pill didn't do much at all. So Saturday morning I was in so much pain that I took a whole one. It didn't take long and my lower back pain was gone and I could relax. My doctor told me I could take them 3 times a day. I'm just taking them once a day. Yesterday was a cold day. But today is getting up in the fifties. Much better. I hope you are having a good afternoon. We are going grocery shopping later. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.
