I think I made a wrong move today and ended up with pain in my lower back. I went to a PT session and had some tests done, and everything looks fine, but I’m still feeling uncomfortable. I’m going to take a muscle relaxer and rest for the rest of the day. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and may need to call out.

At this home I can sit and watch the birds outside my window  in a nest aand also the birds go in and out of a bird house.

We closed on the old home today Now I can sleep in again and don't have any running I have to do. Just sit home and relax,I need it.

Monday night I woke up sick., Tuesday i went to physcial therpay

and had to leave, got sick had to stop the session, came home got ginger ale and crackers  went to bed.

today i feel a little better., not great., very cold here in the minus
