Being the Surgical Medical Chief comes with a lot of responsibilities, and it's been keeping me on my toes more than usual lately. Me and my friend are just trying to find place to cool off. Even if just in our dreams, looking for a cool place to retreat to. Heat warnings here all this week. Temperature in excess 98 degrees.
