To the best grandson that we could ever ask for, and we did ask to be his Grandparents.
He sure cleans up nice but most important, he LOVES our LORD. In fact he was asked to give the opening and the closing prayers for the graduation ceremonies. He has also invited several classmates to join him Sunday on "Bring a Friend to Church" day.
He also got his Automotive Service Excellence patch for Auto Electrical/Electronic Systems. He also completed his welding certificate. On Awards night he ended up with 7 or 8 certificates/awards and lots of hugs from teachers and students.
This is Ty, Will's best friend from Mississippi, Gram (me), and Will. When they were here they both climbed that tree behind them like monkeys!
He is going to a small Junior College not far from where they live. When he was there a couple of weeks ago signing up, the college asked him if he would like a job starting in July to be the assistant Librarian. He said "yes". We found out they asked him not only because he loves to read and is good at writing but because he is so polite.
Yes just in case you didn't know or couldn't tell, this Gram and his Grandpa tell him often...

I get to relax and enjoy for the next 9 days, as I'm on vacation from work and really hoping that this rain stops that we have been having. Going to a friends grandschildrens birthday party today and hoping the sun will come out so we can enjoy being outdoors. Anyway it will be fun seeing old friends and catching up. Enjoy your day, Hugs
Hello to you. I'm so glad it's Friday. This has been a busy week and I'm ready to rest. I'm hoping for next week to not be as busy. It's 75 degrees here and cloudy. It feels very humid too. I don't like humidity. Are you doing anything special this weekend? I'm not, just going to rest and Oh, on Sunday afternoon we are going to the movies. Since we didn't get any rain yesterday (had a 40% chance, but that means a 60% it won't) I had to go out early to water my plants...going to be in the 90s today..and sun shiney! Bee's are flying, & birds are singing this morning! have a wonderful day my friend!
