I was singing along with the two songs you posted.  I am glad you were singing along with mine!  All three of our dogs STREACH slowly every time they get out of their bed, a hundred times a day.  So when I stand up, I take my iPad in both hands up over my head and down to the back of my neck.  Then I touch TOWARD the floor and sway both directions back I& forth as I stand back up.
