Don't cut salt out completely...a good one is Redmonds salt. Our bodies need salt for proper digestion. My mother in law cut salt completely out several years ago and had issues. Check out Dr Peter Osborne.. enjoy the weekend June -:)

Good Morning June, What I do when they add salt, I shake the Salt off and then wip them with the napkin, and they are fine enough for me to eat. It was around 93 yesterday and suppose to be hot again today. Have a great day. Bro. Doc

Evening  another nice day  expecting some  rain tonight into tomorrow.,'went to lunch with my girlfriend., I had a burger., got fries but throught them out,  they had salt on  them forgot to  say   no salt., i don't use salt.
