Be cheerful and happy

A stormy Monday yesterday. Not rain but a personal experience. On those bad days I play cello music because I used to play a cello when I was younger. It is calming and relaxing for me. I hope you have such music for those days to help you recover. Tonight I am watching the baseball all star game. A St. Louis Cardinal player won the home run derby for the first time last night. Evening was a beautiful day high 80's., tomorrow will be 110 with the humidty., I plan on getting my nails done, then coffee and the store.

last night my son took me out for birthday dinner ., and gave me a gift card,plus bought me Italian rum cake,
