Sorry, Pepper, to hear of your back pain. That can be very annoying .. or worse! I hope it works itself out quickly. Do you think it was just a bad move that triggered it? Are you doing some regular exercise that includes stretching the lower back? Good luck! xox
I think I made a wrong move today and ended up with pain in my lower back. I went to a PT session and had some tests done, and everything looks fine, but I’m still feeling uncomfortable. I’m going to take a muscle relaxer and rest for the rest of the day. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and may need to call out.
