I think I made a wrong move today and ended up with pain in my lower back. I went to a PT session and had some tests done, and everything looks fine, but I’m still feeling uncomfortable. I’m going to take a muscle relaxer and rest for the rest of the day. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and may need to call out.

It is warming up some here this week. But a very large Winter Storm system will be spreading across America this week. A lot of the country is supposed to get snow. We may get snow here also this coming weekend. Snow is rare here. Take care, Myriam. *hugs&kisses*
