Good morning dear Susan - Did you ever have to wear a pain patch, such as Salonpas or anything similar? It is medicated with lidocaine. Seems to take awhile after applying the patch to feel a difference. In other words it doesn't work right away. I have stenosis in my lower back that causes numbness in my lower legs and feet. Setting for a long time makes it worse. Was just wondeing if you have any spinal issues. Seems like most people do when they get older. Hoping you have a relaxing Wednesday. Good night xx Melinda
