I love finding new roads and seeing where they lead me.  Hope your Saturday is an adventure too!  

Did you ever get to ride in a station wagon growing up?  Was the back seat facing the front or looking out the back of the car?  

Did you ever have a convertible?  We rented one when we flew into Dallas one year in the middle of a very hot summer!  You couldn't even touch the steering wheel with the top down without burning your hands.  

We still love the real old vehicles.  We enjoy the car shows and looking at all the different years and brands.  

I can't imagine having a car that looks that good that does not run.  But I do love flowers a lot and think this is an eye turner for sure.  

As we get older, we just want a car that gets us where we want to go and a house that doesn't need repairs.  We put down 8 more bags of mulch so a house with flower beds looks less inviting too!  Hope you enjoy your weekend!  

I am just giggling with this day for awhile ago it snowed for some time.  Now it is has melted and  one can see the green grass once more.  Spring and winter are having a fit who will stay, I think.  April is a very fun and surprising month. May your day be ever so nice to you. Smiles Gloria

Thursday already?  The month is half OVER!!!  

Sing it out loud and all day long!  I can hardly wait for the new Dale Watson album to be released!!!  New Album "Unwanted" has my favorite song, "If You Really Loved Me (Outlive Me)". 

Listen for the Holy Spirit and Trust what He tells you!  

I hope you know how strong you are and how far you have already come in life.  

Falling asleep to some music or the bible being read to you will kickstart your day.

This picture of Livvy, next door neighbor, loving a Giant Turtle brought back memories to me.  

Growing up, we had turtles in our backyard.  We would find them on the side of the road going to and from the 500 acre Ranch we had in South Texas.  We would number them with fingernail polish and be careful when mowing.  

Our granddaughters have raised these turtles from little ones in an aquarium.  

Wayne made their first home in a metal water trough with a spraying fountain.  

They are in a rubber stock tank home now as they have grown.  

God's creatures are all so different and amazing.  What pets did you have growing up?  Blessings & Hugs!  Pam

And of course this peaceful day is for the Bees too!  

We can't forget the joyful feeling we get when we see a Parrot.  

Or the awe we feel when we are treated to the sight of a Woodpecker!  

All over the world there are so many different kinds of birds and we are grateful that our Lord created each of us unique and He loves each of us the most.  Be Blessed!  

Sunrise on a Spring Monday Morning is usually so beautiful.  

The birds are happy and have been enjoying the nectar.  

Spring plants are all blooming and smell so good.  

The colors of the plants "pop" especially from a distance.  

Everything now is getting a drink of water.  It is April showers after all.  

But if we have too many more days of rain, plants and people may get root rot.  Enjoy whatever the weather brings you all the days of this week.  Joy and Love!

Saturday is such a fun day!  I hope you enjoy every minute!  

This year we did not get the rain at the right time of year to have lots of bluebonnets.  

I have very few bluebonnets that came up this year.  Nothing like this site as you drive through "The Texas Hill Country".  

Everyday it is important to be yourself and let your light shine!

You know Spring is here when you start to see butterflies.  

I haven't seen one this colorful but I hope it does exist.

Thursday and the weekend begins just after the moon sets again.  

Sometimes the moon can be seen just after sunrise.

Every now and then the moon can be seen in the late morning.  

Often it can be seen just before the sun sets for the day.  

In the middle of the night you might get a chance to capture a picture of an airplane going past the moon.  

But only the astronauts were lucky enough to capture this picture when they were on the dark side of the moon.  

Wednesday is here and the weather has been perfect this week.  A little cold in the mornings but opened windows during the day with temperatures in the low 70's.  

This was me last weekend and it will be me again this weekend.  I love rain, thunder and lightning!  

Can you imagine the trash that would be everywhere, peelings and all?  Only in a perfect world would this work.  

I remember a friend once that couldn't even keep an Air plant alive.  I am so thankful for my green thumb.  

Plants can make you feel so good looking at them and especially smelling them.
