Moe, I hope you are enjoying the October weather.  We are still in the 90's during the late afternoon but we are starting in the mid 60's for our mornings.  This is usually a wet month for us and we do need rain but none is in the forcast right now.  When Rick is here do you do anything special?  I guess you have to cook a litlle more but I am sure it is worth it.  I hope the times slows down for you and you make many new memories!  Love ya!  Blessings & Hugs to you both!  Pam

Once October starts, it seems like I'm not in as big of a hurry to get things done.  Even though the days are shorter and seem to start so much later.  

Coffee is always a necessity in our home but sometimes it is needed just to get up and get moving.  It is still too dark to get up!  

The squirrels are busy this time of year.  Most of them are after acorns and nuts.  These two are after apples.  Don't you love apples this time of year?  

Fall flowers are so beautiful.  There are so many different kinds of mums and colors available.  Have you ever dried your own flowers?

... for your kind comment, sweetie.  That's strange that your weather is back and forth, but I'm glad you have some cool coming around. Oh! your chili sounds so good. I will make some when its not so hot. lol We're doing good, Moe... have a week off til next appmt. Making a chicken casserole tomorrow that he loves...
