Hi, Pix!  I hope you enjoyed the weekend!  My Saturday started with a school-related funeral in the mornign and our senior prom in the evening.  The prom went very well!  It's aleays gtreat fun to see the kids dressed up and enjoying themselves. The prom was held in a beautiful function hall at a golf club about 20 miles from the school.  Today I cooked a chicken parm meal for a few guests --  with spaghetti, garlic bread, a salad, and apple pie.  I think I ate too much!  LOL  Now to do some homework before bed!   REst well... happy Monday!  xox
