Hi, Tanja! At around 2:15pm today a tremendous BOOM sounded and my house shook with a "thud." I wondered if a tree had fallen on the roof. Learned later that much of eastern Massachusetts experienced the same. It was ultimately explained that a meteorite had entered the atmosphere and exploded. The enormous shock wave created the noise and disturbance! Wow!
