Hope your week is off to a good start. I have a consult today before getting my regular back shot. It's tedious; however, insurance insists so off I go to tell the doc 'yes my back is killing me since the last shot in March but it's improved overall since I started the shots in late 2022.'

Monday is here again and let's start this week on the right Vibe!  



Love should always be at the top of the list.  There are a million ways to show and share love.  



Just go visit someone and that should cheer you up and them too.  



Take a drive and find something you didn't know was there.  Lavender fields smell so sweet.  



If you are near a beach or a lake, drive around or take a splash in the water.  Feel the peace when you are there.

Going to be    a bit stiffling outdoors the next  five days.We in for some very hot muggy weather.I  cooled off the house  while i could then snapped on the central air so it dont run for ever .:)Have a very nice week .
