You are able to see my page because I use Dreamies to post images from, not IMGUR.  You must be using Imgur.  The United Kingdom is in a row with Imgur but all other countries are able to see your page.  Imgur has banned people from the United Kingdom from viewing or sending any pictures through their site.  If you want people from the UK to see your page and pictures and for them to see yours, you would have to post them using another imaging site like Dreamies or something else.
