I am a software test engineer for a large bank. I have also worked in telecommunications and aerospace. It hasn't been a bad career over the years, but someday I am hoping to pursue something new and different.

I am very involved in my community. Right now, I am the President of our summer festival--nothing better than throwing a HUGE party for the entire town!!!

I also do a lot of volunteering, especially for cancer related charities. I had an experience with cancer this past year. I am now cancer free and enjoying life. Even though it was a hard road to travel, I feel that it has made me a better person. All of a sudden, the simple things in life are so much more real and important. Each day is truly a gift!

In my spare time, I love camping, reading, scrapbooking, a good thrift store or garage sale, antique stores, exploring new places or just kicking back to relax with a good TV show or movie. I am very much a "people person" and enjoy spending time with good friends. A nice dinner and a good glass of wine is always a welcome treat!

I love animals, especially dogs! I enjoy spending time with my dog, Killian, who is a 4 year old black lab - we hang out at the river or the park. Tennis Balls are a must!
