"I can understand..." I can understand many things... silences and noise - tears and smiles. I watch the sunrise and know as the sun - sets. I wander the clouds taste the rain. We breathe as we can - its what we do; and remember so much and wish so damn hard... and sometimes... just sometimes we see our stars. Chris

"Through My Looking Glass..."
I could kiss you - really, I could... right here - right now - this very next moment before my OR your next breath... and that very thought has me so FULL - that all I can do... ALL I CAN DO... is so softly smile.

"Purr..."
I love ya kitten... you can scratch and bite claw and kick... and I'll treasure every touch because if you just purr for a second just one second it will fill me for a lifetime... and if you don't well, I was still there hoping that you would - and even that hope will KEEP me for a lifetime.

"If..."
If she speaks - will her heart hold the words? If she looks - can I see her soul gazing into me?
If she breathes - will her love fill me? If she smiles - will my world just glow?
If she kissed me - will my heart beat again and if then she just held me - I'ld never let her go

We know many things... and walk our forevers. Some are hand-in-hand others - half a world away; some not yet begun - "On The Edge..." Walking the edges - soft eyes... some words remain unsaid but still they WERE so very, very thought. Moments need not be full of adrenaline or URGENCY or need or want or even whispers... but then YOU aren't in them. Chris

Questions of the ages... answered with infinities.
"Questions And Answers..."
We are the centers of every I. Each I is an ourself and there ARE so many ourselves - out here. The same questions apply and are stated - the same answers are thought and are given - and each of us hears and knows and believes as we must because it IS - I being addressed as only we can address ourselves.
...and we react with:
I love I cry I wish I dream I hope I try I can't I can I could I won't
...and yet -
The sun rises and sets as OUR earth turns.
Today begins, Tomorrow awaits - both - with and without - us.

"Silence is..."
Silence is: what you hear between heartbeats, the look in an eye as the teardrop JUST falls, when you aren't holding your breath anymore, when you walk between raindrops, when all the shadows coalesce into... nothing.
Silence is: empty smiles, crowded rooms, unseeing eyes, church pews DURING the service, and palm prints on your face.
Silence is: reaching, trying, touching... and still living - afterwards.

"A Love All My Own..."
I wonder if... you could handle being - Loved... with a Capitol L wanted desired taken - fully and with TOTAL intent being kissed just because being kissed every WHERE that you have and every WHEN that I could.
I wonder if... you can understand that I DO understand every word I have just said thought or could even imagine... and meant every one.

"Blink Of An Eye..." Sitting in the car... so much silence - counting yesterdays as they pass behind-my-eyes one by one lil signs... all the lil signs ~ so very, very many marking separating places I've been the places that aren't - aren't places anymore not even for me just the daymares echoing the nightdreams.
All the 'froms' - madness and pain... silly stupid little hopes tear-full smiles sin-full wishes made on broken lives.
Smiles even god no longer remembers - and yet I never forget... innocence always ~ and ever always taken away.
The silence continues - Cheshire smiles Raindrops leaving their salty trails on heartpanes 'til the mind is no longer retained - just restrained... so much so very much ever held within til looking back I can no longer see the front - the wheres I go... Now tis just, just the wheres I've been.
Just sitting in the car again... Going nowhere and nowhere - every where yet again. Chris
