We have a friend coming over today to go to Rosa's with us for Taco Tuesday lunch.
I do enjoy the month of October. The lows are in the upper 60's instead of starting in the low 80's.
However, in Texas, we still get into the low 90's for most of the month.
Rarely do our leaves change colors in October and while it is usually a rainy month, we haven't had a drop in about 6 weeks.
We are still enjoying blue skies and outdoor activities.
And if you put pumpkins on your porch or in your yard in early October, they will be rotten long before Thanksgiving gets here.
However, I do enjoy all the orange colors that each of you posts during this month. After all, it is my favorite color but I am truly a summer girl!

It is Caturday! I think this cat is trying to make me think that he is NOT looking at my bird at the feeder.
Gosh I miss the beautiful colors of the Cardinals during the Summer. Now they are kind of dreary looking!
However Thursday morning early, we walked out front and I saw this!
The moon had not yet disappeared from the sky yet. Isn't it beautiful?

After a busy week, I think a day in the backyard will be how I spend the day.
I know we have lots of bright yellow-lime colored butterflies gathering lots of nectar.
Friday is the perfect evening just to soak in the tub and play with my duckies!
