Never stop trying or give into sorrow
Never stop feeling amazed at the beauty that surrounds you
Never stop hearing the music or give into the blues

Never stop pushing away negative thoughts that make you feel sad
Never stop looking at the all the miracles we have had
Never stop loving the ones you hold dear
Never stop giving or give into the fear

Never forget that all storms will clear

                                 TEARS OF A CHILD

The tears of a child fill me with grief,

To hug this child and feel their relief,

I think back to my little boys tiny tears,

I held them and loved away all the fears,

Hold your little one tight,don't let them cry,

Hugging you back, you'll hear a sweet sigh.

                          SENT ME AN ANGEL

God blessed me one sunny day
He sent me an angel from so far away
To love and help me though all my woes
To guide and stand by me when I face my foes

Then one day God called her back
I missed my angel so I followed her tracks
Now in heaven all safe and sound
I see my angel flying around

Now it’s my turn to do a good deed
I’m sent back to earth to help people in need
So when life’s lessons are getting you down
Don’t sit there sulking and wearing a frown

Sit back and reflect all the good times you’ve seen
Like weddings , birthdays and place’s you’ve been
Think yourselves lucky because we are still here
To hold the memories of loved ones so dear

My hippie world is just right for me,

Colored beads, my pants of paisley,

Classic songs.. my ears delight,

Candles, incense,  burn at night,

Blacklight posters light the rooms,

Groovin, psychedelica, mushrooms,

Love and light, Karma, peace signs,

I don't care, I'm behind the times,

Hair of flowers, earrings galore,

All of my things I simply adore,

My hippie world is just right for me,

There's no other way I'd rather be.

Dark nights.. my favorite times,

I think of my best little rhymes,

I have my time to think all alone,

No loud doorbells, no ringing phone,

Neighbors sleeping, children at rest,

Alone with my thoughts, at my best,

Warm in my pajamas, cozy and nice,

Up till  dawn, I pay the ultimate price,

Daylight, soon I know will quickly arrive,

Up to greet the sun with my sleepy eyes,

I wait patiently for the colors of night,

The time when I have my second sight.
