HELPING SOMEONE CAN BE DANGEROUS
Posted On 01/22/2011 02:08:57

Helping someone can sometimes be dangerous…

On the way home the other day, as I turned onto a street, I noticed a car that was stopped on the side of the road and an elderly woman was standing beside the car. I stopped and asked her what was wrong. She had a flat on the passenger side on the front. I pulled over and got out of the car to help. I was kneeling by the tire, and noticed that the car was too close to the curb for me to properly place the jack where it should go. I asked the lady to leave the steering wheel as it was and to back the car up about a foot. She proceeded to move the car, as requested, but put the car in drive and gave it a sudden burst of gas. After I checked my foot to make sure it was ok, I changed her tire and sent her on her way. The woman did not even know that she ran over my foot.

It is ok to be nice to people, but be careful…It can be dangerous…I am just glad I was not sitting in front of the car…

Hyperinflation Is Coming
Posted On 01/16/2011 03:23:23

I have written several times in the last couple of years of the inevitability of the coming “hyperinflation” as part of the economic process as the result of the recession that our nation is currently experiencing. It will happen, and there are new signs of this economic component.

First of all…What is “HYPERINFLATION?

Extreme inflation, minimally in excess of four-digit annual percent change, where the involved currency becomes worthless. A fairly crude definition of hyperinflation is a circumstance, where, due to extremely rapid price increases, the largest pre-hyperinflation bank note ($100 bill in the United States) becomes worth more as functional toilet paper/tissue than as currency.

The U.S. economy is in an intensifying inflationary recession that eventually will evolve into a hyperinflationary great depression. In my opinion, we will begin to see the start of hyperinflation by the middle to the end of this year. Many are already predicting increased food and gas prices in the near future. In a blog I wrote last year, I mentioned gas and milk being at $5 per gallon. I was being very conservative. To truly understand what hyperinflation is, you cannot see milk at $50 per gallon as not being a possibility. The extreme cases of hyperinflation may be further down the road, but they are coming. This is not a theory; it is part of the economic process and it will not simply be our usual understanding of inflation, where we see a slight increase of prices. This is not a Republican or a Democrat situation, and it cannot be prevented by either the Republicans or the Democrats. The federal government would find it easier to stop the flow of the Mississippi River than to stop the hyperinflation from coming. In fact, the Federal Reserve has already committed us to this course with political agendas that have somehow come to the conclusion that there are no limits on spending. Money is being printed at an alarming rate, and that adds to the problem because it guarantees the declination of the U.S. Dollar. Even those who are printing the money know that it will have negative results in the end.

Several states, such as California are on the edge of bankruptcy, and they are being kept in business by the non-stop printing of money. You will see many other states fall into this same situation as the transformation from inflation to hyperinflation takes place. The state of the economy is much worse than we are being told and it will get worse. Again, this is not a theory; it is economics 101, and even those in Washington know what I am saying to be not just a possibility, but an inevitable outcome. They would never dare admit to the people of this country that they are unable to control this part of the natural process of economics.

The only possible method of preventing the worst case situation where hyperinflation may cripple the national economy is to renege on all existing debts and obligations. In other words, tell China and others that we cannot pay our debts period. This would result in turning our national economy over to the hands of foreign governments. Those who wish for New World Order understand this to be exactly what they want. That would be the end of America as we know it and it would render our United States Constitution null and void.

HAVE WE JUST LOST OUR FOCUS?
Posted On 01/15/2011 03:47:36

HAVE WE JUST LOST OUR FOCUS?

It has recently come to me that we collectively have been viewing the overall view of the issues of the day through foggy, half-opened eyes. We seem to be focusing on who wants what, who did what, and who didn’t do what, when in fact we are just losing sight of the issue, itself…

If we are witnessing out of control spending, we should not be concerned mainly on who is doing it. We should be concerned about the spending. When a plan or program does not work, we should not be concerned on who is for or against the plan or program. We should be concerned about the program, itself. When a political leader makes a questionable statement, or does something that may show that he/she is clearly going against the will of the people, we should not be concerned with which political party they may be affiliated. We should be focused on that individual. I could go on and on with examples, but you should get the idea. Right is right…Wrong is wrong…It does not matter who it is that does the right or the wrong; the end result remains that it is either right or wrong. When the right succeeds at blaming the left, or the left succeeds at blaming the right, you have accomplished nothing other than to establish the blame. In the meantime, the issue itself has never been the focus, nor has the issue been resolved. This represents common, everyday political strategy and it is nothing more than a distraction while those who are in Washington continue their paths to do as they please. We allow them to do as they please because we are too busy trying to win the “PARTY OF THE DAY AWARD.” This is not a football game. It is like we are cheering for the favored team, and the devotion to the team is all that matters, and at the end of the game, we never even know the score. It is as though we have the whole thought process in reverse. We should be concerned about the good of the people and the nation as the top priority. The good of the people should not be put on the back burner until we determine whom it is we want to take us there. Again, this logic will not allow the true focus to be on the issue. We are in the middle of a recession and contrary to what we are told, we are a long way from seeing the end of the recession. It will get worse before it gets better. Unemployment will get worse. Any economist will tell you that in a recession the first thing to be hit will be the jobs, and the unemployment will be the last phase of the recovery. I have been saying for the last year and a half that we will experience hyperinflation and we are starting to see signs of that. This is the result of the out of control spending, the printing of money, and the money we have borrowed from China. It is also a part of the economic process that is inevitable.

We must focus on the issues and getting the desired results that are good for all of the people and the nation as a whole. Who cares who is behind the recovery, as long as we survive as a nation? The right is not always right. The left is not always right. There are radicals on both sides. A bad Republican is no better than a bad Democrat. These are simple factors that must be understood if we are simply to survive this test of time that our nation is experiencing.

What I Would Say Before Congress
Posted On 01/10/2011 09:55:15

What I Would Say Before Congress

I would feel great pleasure to be allowed to stand before a podium in from of all members of the United States Congress for about an hour and to simply state what is on my mind concerning our nation. The voices of the American people are ignored today, unless they speak of that which is viewed favorable, or directly in line with our representatives in office. To those in Washington, we serve one simple purpose in their completely mapped out agenda for the future of America. That purpose of the people is to simply serve as a source of funds for those in Washington waiting to spend it upon arrival. To those that we have selected to represent our voices, that is our soul function in the whole concept of the existence of America today.

If I was to stand before congress, here is what I would say…

I address you today, not as just an individual, not as just an American citizen, and not as a representative of a specific political party. Today, I stand before you as your boss. Many years ago, all of you forgot whom it is you work for, and in addition have forgotten the true function for which you hold your current office. You work for me, and even thought that may sound strange to you, with your misconception of your very role as a representative, it is completely true. Your job is not to lead me. Your job is not to dictate what I should or should not do, other than that related to valid laws within our great nation. Your job is not to protect me when I may fall upon difficult times to ensure that I have the ability to continue to live my life on a level of which I may be accustomed. Your job is not to guarantee that I do not fall upon difficult times, nor is it your job to lift me from those difficult times. Your job is not to promise that I will be provided with an income should I find myself unemployed, and create the possibility of being dependent upon you as opposed to just finding another job to take care of my family and myself. Your job is not, nor ever has been to provide for us what we should provide for ourselves based on our own abilities. And with what I have said thus far, I have explained the main problem that most of us have with the Federal Government. That is you simply do not understand your role as representatives of the people.

There is one issue that needs to be made crystal clear, because it has not only driven a wedge between the two sides of our American society, but to allow that wedge to remain stable in its part of what I believe to be your plan. The wedge I speak of is the division that you have placed between the Republicans and the Democrats that has grown to the point that unity has all but vanished in this country. My points are simple, and all of you should not only know this, but also insist on it as being a natural manner of logic. Those of you who hold office and are Republicans do not represent only Republicans. You represent every citizen in this country equally. Those of you who hold office and are Democrats do not represent only Democrats. You represent every citizen in this country equally. How dare any of you think that you have the right to decide which people are worthy of your representation. You are responsible for the division that has basically split this nation down the middle, and you are the reason that this illusion of hatred for those not associated with a selected political party exists today. You have created an invisible civil war within our nation between the right and the left, and what is so very sad is that you not only know it, but use it as a tool in your efforts to continue to strive to be the political party in charge. You have intentionally created and maintained this division, and you show this daily with your actions and your words. That is not representation of the people of this great country. That is representing yourselves and your own personal and political agendas, and apparently that is more important than what is good for the nation and the people who call it home.

Now, in speaking of the state of the American Economy, I understand that it is not a perfect science, with the countless factors that must be considered in its entirety. I will start with the obvious points with my overall analysis of the economy. With your inability to put forth a national budget without the inclusion of waste, fraud, and corruption, with your unjustified and wasteful spending habits, the accumulated national debt, and your lack of understanding that you cannot spend money if you do not have money, I can only come to the following conclusion. You are either economic idiots are you have a goal of collapsing the American economy. With your choices, nothing else even comes close to making sense. Your plans and actions defy economic logic, and all you have done, especially in the last two years has not only lacked in the goal of stimulating the economy, it has actually hindered the natural process of economic stimulation. How can the economy be stimulated when your goal is to pay those who will not work? Government spending does not, nor ever has stimulated the economy or created jobs, unless you include government jobs. You have not created actual jobs, and we know that. You have to have some type of business to create an actual job. Your concept of spending in excess of $200,000 to create a job that pays $40,000, and is only a temporary job simply does not qualify as anything short of economic stupidity. With the push you have made in the name of stimulating the American economy, you have gained control and regulated the automobile industry…You have gained control and regulated the banking industry…And with the health care program that you all have voted on and made a reality that will be in full force in 2014, unless it is stopped, you have stepped upon new territory. Those of you who voted in favor of the health care bill, and even the president who signed it have knowingly violated the Oath to uphold the United States Constitution. All of you who voted in favor of the plan, whether you are on the right or the left should resign from your current offices, because you no longer are willing to follow the Constitution. You cannot force the American people to purchase a product, and you cannot fine them or even place them in jail for not purchasing and maintaining health care insurance. You are not allowed to make that choice, either. With the health care plan, small businesses and large corporations are guaranteeing that jobs will be eliminated in order to survive. Doctors are already refusing patients or being more selective with patients in order to actually maintain control of their own profit. Insurance companies are being forced to take on clients with pre-existing conditions at their expense. You see, you make the rules, but someone else always has to pay for it. You do not get to tell a business who they are to select as clients. Insurance companies are promising that the cost of medical insurance will increase. You said this plan would decrease the cost of medical care. This was never about providing affordable health care, or improving the quality of health care, and most of us not only knew it, but even told you that we did not approve of this plan. And even though you work for us, our voices were ignored, and you did what you always do. You represented yourselves, not us. Just as with the automobile industry and the banking industry, you have now gained control and regulated the health care industry. You have totally renovated a health care industry that was just fine for 85% of us, and you did so against the will of the majority of Americans…That is not true representation…That is representing yourselves

And then, there is this pathetic excuse for border security, that is in fact one of your main rolls as representatives of the people. Our southern border is a war zone. We have allowed 20 million people to enter our nation by spitting on our immigration laws and bypassing the legal process that is in place to prevent that very thing. You speak of amnesty, which is your method of suddenly changing the number of illegal immigrants from 20 million to zero with the stroke of a pen. Do you think we are so stupid to not understand you cannot eliminate the problem with paperwork that makes the number only disappear? You are afraid to enforce existing laws because that would surely affect the Hispanic votes that would allow you to remain in the office you now hold. Again, that is representing yourselves, not the people of America. Amnesty will solve nothing. What it will do is erase the number of illegal immigrants now in our nation, and we will start our count toward the next 20 million. What are you people thinking? And because of this lack of understanding of border security, and enforcing the existing laws, you are now attacking the state of Arizona, and labeling them as racist as they try to do what you are unwiling to do to protect our borders. You have failed miserably in this area, and even you know it...But nothing shall come between you and your goal of keeping those votes in your favor.

In closing, I will say that you are not totally to blame for the current declination of America. Those who made such poor decisions to allow you to represent us are to blame as well. But, having said that, your created division has allowed voting to be based on that created division. You all have forgotten what you are here to do. You have forgotten whom it is that you work for, and whom you represent. You have forgotten the Oath you took to uphold the Constitution. And most of all, you have lost your true love for this great country. You are killing America, and if you do not see that, then that is even more reason for you not to be where you are. The mid-term elections in 2010 should have sent a loud, clear message to you, that we, the people are going to once again show you who is actually in charge. If you do not believe this, keep doing what you are doing, and watch what happens in 2012. You will not continue to ignore our voices and not suffer the consequences. That is our promise to you.

Collectively, We Are Doomed (Political)

Collectively, We Are Doomed (Political)

The following may cause an uneasy feeling in the pit of your stomach, but it is the reality that is before us as a nation, and maybe we need to realize that it is in our best interest to see it for what it is.

Throughout our nation, there is absolutely no problem to locate illegal drugs, and purchase them for personal use, or even to sell for profit. Selling drugs is a business, and with the process of conducting business, people die every single day. Our wonderful government is considering the legalization of certain illegal drugs in an effort to simply collect more taxation from the people who will buy, sell, and use the drugs. Automobiles are stolen every minute of every day. Banks are being robbed. Probably as I type this, someone is breaking into a house with the intentions of taking whatever they may want, and if someone within the house tries to stop them, they may be the next death to take place. Every type of business is considered fair game for those who want to take what is not theirs because they have no moral guidelines or care for anyone other than themselves. No house, grocery store, liquor store, convenient store, gas station, or even schools are safe from the thugs of society who do as they please. Our borders are unprotected due to concerns of maybe hurting someone’s feelings and maybe losing the votes of a certain area within our society. Those who try to protect the borders of their own state are considered evil, racists, and are profiling certain groups within our society, even by our government who is responsible for securing those borders. Life is no longer considered sacred by many. Not a day passes without a human being losing life by someone who does not respect, or even understand life. People are murdered for getting in the way as a crime is being committed, being in the wrong place, being the wrong color, having different ideas, and some are killed for standing up for the truth, and suddenly being considered a threat to an agenda. Throughout the nation, in large cities and in small communities, gangs are too many to even count. These are thugs; they are subhuman representatives of the rest of society. They do not understand morals, nor do they practice them at any time. They have their own rules, so the laws of the land, nor the laws of God, Himself apply to them. That is simply how they see life, as they steal and murder as a daily activity. Individual responsibility is gradually being eliminated by our government, as they tell us daily not to worry about anything. They have the solution to it all. The only stipulation is that you must remain devoted to them for the rest of your life, which is equivalent to selling your soul to them. No one has the right to force their religious beliefs on anyone, but many of us are watching as the government and many within society are trying to remove God from our daily lives, as it seems to offend them in some way. Moral behavior, doing what is right, doing what is good, and allowing these moral behaviors as the foundation of our nation is frowned upon because of the connection to God with these behaviors. We have a large percentage of the American society that are so blind as to not see the federal government for what they are. I see a government body that does not collectively give a damn about the nation or the people who call it home. Then, we have a section of society that will remain devoted to their selected political party regardless of what they may do, what they may say, or even if they know it to be against the good of the nation. We, the American people were once considered the most stable country in the world, and we have reduced ourselves to the level of a primitive society, based on our lack of consideration of what is good and to respect life, itself. We, as a nation did not fall upon hard times. We, the people did it to ourselves, and now we are paying for our bad decisions. We cannot exist as an evil entity and expect the end results to be perfect. We cannot ignore our blessings and expect to understand those blessings. And we cannot survive as a nation as long as we do not care about the nation enough to be honest with ourselves. There are good people in this nation, and throughout the world. I am speaking of the people, collectively. All of us work as pieces of this puzzle we are trying to put together, and obviously, there are pieces that are missing…

Those of us who rely on God for our strength and our guidance are not surprised at any of what is happening to our nation. We, the people are not allowing it; we are causing it. If we are not willing to stand up for what is right and good, to live our lives in a manner that allows us to provide for our own wants and needs, and are willing to literally overlook the evil among us when it works in our favor, we are unworthy of the blessings so many take for granted. Our nation is not made up of a government, a political party, a race, an income level, or any of the subgroups we may choose to consider the blame for all that is happening. We are a nation of individual people, and each individual must do their part, or they will subtract from the overall plan for the good of us all.

New Blog, "A NEW YEAR FOR AMERICA"
Posted On 01/06/2011 06:57:37

A New Year For America

On this day, Wednesday, January 5, 2011, the 112th Congress began its operation and will surely be a crucial element in the forward progress of our nation, if they will act in relation to the voices of those who placed them into office. The first meeting will involve the reading of the United States Constitution, which to me says much about the mentality of those who now are new majority. We need a new direction, for the direction for the last two years did not represent the good of the people or the nation as a whole. The word “agenda,” in itself, is not bad. It is bad when that agenda represents personal and political goals that do not consider the people or the nation as the top priority.

The changing of rule with the Republicans being the new majority is not about the Republicans being victorious over the Democrats. It is about the mentality and direction of allowing the people, once again to be represented by the government as opposed to being led and controlled by the government. In reality, I do not care about either party as far as control is concerned; it has never been a real issue with me. I care about whether or not those in office remember why they are there and that they never lose sight of the fact that they represent our voices, not their own.

With the recent mid-term elections, those who still are in office, and those who were recently placed into office had better get serious. The Democrats better understand that those who do not line themselves with the voices of the people will live a short political career, and it will be known with the next elections to come. The Republicans had better have the understanding as to why they were placed into these offices and to demonstrate more of the same will also lead to a short political career. We, the people sent a message with the changing of the guards in Washington and it should be clear that the people are waking up, and they will not tolerate a government that works against the people any longer.

First of all, we need to scratch the health care plan that is scheduled to go into effect in 2014 and start over. If we try to repair it item by item, it will result in a renovation based on backroom deals as opposed to actually doing what is needed. It is not really difficult to understand how this bill is not about the health care of a nation, but to control the health care industry by the government. The bill requires that we purchase a product, which is a violation of the Constitution. And just for the record, for those who compare this to required auto insurance, it is not the same issue. You are not required to drive, and you are not required to purchase auto insurance unless you choose to drive. Within the bill is clearly stated that unless you purchase and maintain health care insurance, you face fines of up to $250,000 and jail time of up to five years. This is also in violation of the Constitution. Small businesses and large corporations have promised to eliminate jobs once the plan goes into effect, so a higher unemployment rate should be anticipated. The cost of health care insurance will skyrocket, just as I have said since the plan was first in the making, and here is the main reason. The government is telling the insurance companies that they must accept the estimated 96 million people with pre-existing conditions, and to do so at their expense. You have to understand that these conditions include all types of cancer, diabetes, heart problems, blood diseases, bone diseases, and even aids. The insurance companies will not survive without raising prices on their product, and it will happen.

Then you have to do something to stop this out of control spending, which simply cannot be justified. We are spending $4,000,000,000 per month that we simply do not have to spend in the first place. It must end. No bill should pass through congress that includes anything that is not related to a single issue. These extra insertions into these bills are usually political payoffs for future votes on other bills to come. They should be on a separate bill and voted on separately. There will be a vote in the spring on raising the debt ceiling, and this is going to destroy our economy if not taken seriously. I believe we have no choice but to raise the ceiling, but we cannot do so and continue as we have for the last two years. We must eliminate wasteful spending, and we must get away from the Washington mentality that we have no limits when it comes to spending. There must be conditions in which will be considered if we do raise the debt ceiling, which will happen. Discipline is desperately needed in Washington. What a nice change that would be.

The main thing that we, the people need to do is to actually take our country back. We need to let those in Washington, and those in local and state levels of government know that we are the government, and that we have given them the pleasure and honor to represent us. They do not have power over us…They represent us…They are not there to tell us how to live our lives…They represent us…They do not get to go against the will of the people…They merely represent us…If they fail in these areas, we need to remind them every single time we have an election that our voices do indeed matter in the end result when it comes to the United States of America…We are running out of time. A repeat of the last two years will lead to the collapse of the American economy, and we will at that time be unable to survive as a Republic…vic damico

New Blog, "GOVERNMENT LOGIC AS OPPOSED TO MY LOGIC"
Posted On 01/03/2011 10:57:44

GOVERNMENT LOGIC AS OPPOSED TO MY LOGIC

First of all, the words government and logic should never be presented in the same sentence, mainly because the two words represent a true representation of conflict.

Ok, first I will speak of my logic, and the logic that applies to most who see the necessity to have a true understanding of what a budget is. In order to understand my personal budget, I must first consider my current state of economics as it applies only to me. I have to consider my monthly income, the income within my checking accounts, the availability of credit on my credit cards, and any money I may have in savings or investments. This is what dictates what my economic leverage is as it applies to me as an individual. Now, when it comes to spending, I must consider the above factors, each month, I must consider my income and I must weigh that income against my personal obligations. Those obligations may include a mortgage, utilities, credit card payments, car payments, food, medical expenses, insurance, etc… If I use this logic I am speaking of, my financial obligations should never be greater than my monthly income, which allows me to meet those monthly obligations. If I apply this same logic each month, the amount that I must pay will never exceed the available funds that make up my personal budget.

There are situations that may arise that will alter the whole concept of normal budgeting. For instance, if I suddenly find that I must replace the roof on my house, I must understand that this effects my normal income verses obligations and I must make adjustments to allow for the change. This may result in a decision to eliminate unnecessary spending, such as maybe a vacation or any other purchase that does not represent a true need. The bottom line when it comes to an individual budget is that I must be aware of what funds that are available and to not allow my spending to exceed what can be funded by my budget. If I spend without this understanding of logical individual economics, I may find myself with an income that will not support that spending, and this will result in getting further behind every single month. To ignore, or to not implement that logic could result in a budget so far out of control that I may lose all I have because of simply not using common sense and logic.

Now, to explain the lack of logic when it comes to economics, it should not surprise anyone that I will not use the Federal Government as an example. There is no need to speak of logic, because it simply does not apply with the national economy of our nation, at least when it come to the government.

Congress can spend twenty minutes discussing an issue, and in that short time determine that something will cost exactly $550 million. They will not take bids on the project, but simply tell someone that they want this done and they will pay the $550 million based on their own numbers. Had they conducted themselves as most businesses do, the same project may have been done for $150 million. Those within our government are simply not smart enough to be in charge of spending. The main problem with the government is that they have no concept of the value of money, mainly because they have this illusion that they will look at what is to be spent, and later concern themselves with what funds are available or how they will get them. You see, unlike my personal budget, the government does not understand that if they do not have money, they are unable to spend money. They do not understand that logic of spending based on available funds, as we must do with our individual lives. There are so many people in our nation that seem to be so ignorant that they do not realize that the government has no money. Our debt is so great at this moment, that if we were to stop spending altogether, it would still be difficult to pay all of the debts that are on the books today. We cannot simply continue to borrow from China, print more money, and take by force from those who are successful and just continue the same irresponsible behavior and expect different results.

What needs to be done is to do what Obama promised even before stepping into the Oval Office…That is to go line by line and remove all waste from the budget. The waste and fraud within the pathetic social programs represents the bulk of the spending in those programs. Washington needs to remove themselves from the mentality that they can continue to be completely irresponsible and then come to us to give them additional funding to cover their never ending mistakes. We, the people vote and put these idiots in office, and then we complain about how horrible they are. Here is an idea…Stop putting these idiots in office. They no longer represent the people; they control them. They are the one who are destroying our nation.

Can She Possibly Know?

Can She Possibly Know?

Sometimes I wonder if she understands

What she does to me with just her presence

How she touches my soul every single day

Could she possibly understand how I feel

Does she feel the erratic beat of my heart

That happens when I simply touch her hand

Something that even I do not understand

Although I know it will happen each time

When my lips touch hers, does she know

That my mind is unable to comprehend

An emotion that cannot be described

Words have yet to be created to explain it

As I lay on the couch, her head on my shoulder

I seem to be lost in a world that is my own

Peace within me is taken to a new level

Consumed by the thoughts of that moment

Even with something as simple as a hug

An embrace that quite often gives me chills

I wonder if you can see as you look at me

What I see each time I look into your eyes

There are times when I watch you sleep

Overwhelmed as I view the definition of beauty

Emotions stir within me unknown to others

They do not get to see what I see in you

Invisible Witness For The State

Reluctantly, I proceeded onward, and with caution, I continue to move farther into the woods. Years have passed since my last visit to this place and the path before me seemed to be warning me to simply turn around and go back. At this point, I had come too far, and it was now more of an inner quest, a commitment, and a personal trial than just a simple adventure. It never came easily, and it was always mentally and physically exhausting to me in the end.

My mental abilities allow me to observe visions and to hear sounds that are not available to others, and because of that, my sanity would certainly be in question by anyone if they were to know me. My condition is not representative of evil; in fact, it results in the finding of conclusions that explain an unjust horror that has been imposed upon another, that has yet to be understood at that time. Pending, unsolved crimes are at stake, and I find myself having to place my own fears and anxieties aside for the good of all involved. Without me, those conclusions and understandings would possibly have never surfaced, and the truth may have been left as an unknown entity.

About half a mile into the thick forest, that familiar feeling once again touches me and I know something is about to transpire in my presence. So as usual, I prepare myself for what is to come. I remove my backpack, drop it on the ground, and sit down under the massive oak tree, leaning against the trunk and close my eyes. Immediately, the visions come to me, and as always, they are as vivid as if they are happening before my very eyes. I find myself in a courtroom, all alone, with the exception of the man on the

witness stand, the attorney who is questioning him, the twelve members of

the jury, and the Judge, himself.

The trial before me had not actually taken place yet; my visions allowed me to see before the fact, and had no association with the past. In reality, I served as an invisible witness for the truth, itself, with no regard or concern for the individuals who may be related to the situation in which they have found themselves.

At this exact moment, I find myself staring deeply into the eyes of the man on the witness stand. The eyes seem to be my focal point, and my method of measuring the words coming from those I observe, and to determine if those words are in fact the truth, or a deception being imposed by the individual in question. Determining whether or not the truth is being represented is never an issue with me, because I will know the truth. It never seems to fail me, and I have done this for years with flawless results. It is the details that are concealed behind the eyes of the individual that require much more of an effort on my part to reveal that which may remain unknown without my special services.

I listened as the defense attorney questioned the man on the witness stand, and he speaks of a woman who was found dead in the woods on the south side of the small community. She had not been abused sexually, she had not been held for a long period of time, and she had not been robbed. She was merely taken into the woods and strangled, and just left there. She had been found on the very day that she had been reported missing. The woman had lived alone, no husband, no boyfriend; just a life of seclusion having no real connection to anyone else in the area. No one really knew her at all, but at the same time, there was nothing about her that presented any negative components of her quiet existence.

After listening to the attorney ask his questions, and hearing the responses from the defendant for about an hour, I had no doubt that the defendant was cowering from a truth that only he understood at this point. His eyes told me all that I needed to know in the process to determine that lack of honesty. My focus seemed to be interrupted all during the time that I observed the happenings in the courtroom, and my eyes kept shifting to the handkerchief that was in the coat pocket of the defendant. I would look into his eyes, as I searched for the evidence of truth, yet I would find myself once again looking to the item that was barely visible from the pocket of his coat. It became obvious to me that he knew exactly what had happen to the woman, and now it was time to do what makes me who I am.

I suddenly find myself within the small area with the witness, just standing there, looking into his eyes, and looking closely at the handkerchief in his pocket. My presence is still unknown by anyone, nor would anyone ever know that I was there. I lean over the defendant, and whisper into his ear. “Tell me about the handkerchief.” The man jumps slightly and creates quite a reaction to all who observe, especially the jury. What a puzzled look remains on the face of this man, as surely, he is more confused than all others in the courtroom. The defense attorney asks the witness about the scratches on the left side of his face, and the defendant remains silent. I lean over again and ask, “Why don’t you tell them about the handkerchief?”

The defendant is obviously getting very restless and uncomfortable and seems almost disoriented.

“Mr. Anderson, will you answer the question please?” The judge asked in an almost angered voice.

I leaned over a third time, and asked more loudly, “Tell them what you did with the handkerchief.”

In one motion, the defendant stood and grabbed the handkerchief from his pocket and shouted. “I did it. I strangled the woman. I used this handkerchief to choke her to death. I did it.”

With that, the trail would end, and the truth would be known, resulting in the finding of the one responsible for the death of this woman. My job is done, and now, I will wait for the next time my services will be needed.
