went to IHop today with my girlfriend just got shortstack and coffee was 19.00 so expensive

nothing cheap today.  this weeks going by fast.  have a good day and night,

 I saw my primary care doctor this morning, he gave me a steroid shot and a prescription to help me fight off this cold...he did tell me that my lungs didn't sound congestive, so that was good. All in all, it was a productive visit for me. And maybe I'll be over the cold before my knee surgery is scheduled. As of 1:27 this afternoon, still hadn't heard from the surgery coordniator, maybe they are waiting for Medicare to approve or disapprove my knee surgery....

Thanksgiving has come and gone and yet each day we add to the list.  Take some quiet time to be grateful.

Some of my long-time friends know way too much about my past.  I am thankful for the changes Jesus has made in my life.
