Hello Karen! I'm so very happy with my weight loss, even though it's a lot slower than I would like it to be! I have lost 22 lbs since December! I really started in November, but only "half hearted", and got serious in Dec. before my knee surgery.  I only got 20 more to go before the doctor will be happy! YEA ME!
