Evening  cool sunday.,  I stayed in friends called to go for coffee  i said no.

hope your having a good sunday.  me doing laundry.

will go bowling tomorrow morning., have a good night.

happy saturday., i normally stay in  but was to meet a friend

but cancelled., so met a girlfriend fo coffee  then  went to wegmans,  have a great weekend.

i'll pick it up tomorrow.,  lost a few pounds ., other wise things look ok.,'

our weather is so cold 30's the heat keeps going on., supposed to rain today.

Afternoon,  our weather is crazy  so chilly ,  even  the heat went on  only in the 30's brrr

today i went for coffee., and panera's for pick 2..  hope your having a better day... 

tomorrow I have 2 doctor appointments, heart doctor,  and   my gp.,   have a good night.
