it's very cold my friends., high 30;s  low  single digits

had snow today  changed over  to rain.,  I stayed in  the cleaning guy came today.

no dinner,  had english muffin this morning  so not hungry.

Milk is out for me. Had a bad esperience when I was younger. Never really got over it. First choice would be Fruit juice, maybe Pineapple/Orange. Second choice would be Soda, Lemon'Lime or Orane Crush. I can drink a bottle of water, but it hasto be really Cold & I have to really be Thirsty!
