I'm so done with this heat, I just don't want to move.....I know we have weeks before it starts cooling off, and there is no rain in our forecast for August...although some areas do get "pop up" showers from time to time... I hope you have a wonderful day...

Today is my only day off this week.  I will be working the rest of this week.  

I have been seeing a few hummingbirds again and my feeders have been empty a couple of times.  

This is a picture I took from one of my videos capturing the hummingbirds getting nectar from the Turks Cap plants.  

I have never seen this many at one feeder in my life but I have seen 4 or 5 flying past usually chasing each other.  

I hope this week and every week you find joy and share it with others.

Hello my friend! did you have a great weekend?
we had a good visit with my step daughter Tamara and grand daughter Jenna,  it was so good to see Jenna again, she's been in Thailand teaching for 2 yrs. I'm going to go over to T.J. Maxx to get me a new nightgown, a smaller one! I've lost enough weight my old ones hang off of me... YAY!!

I went to the coffee shop met a friend I haven't seen in awhile, was nice.,  then went to buy a burger for lunch. hot day in the 90's  hope your having a good day.,  see you in the morning....

A lazy weekend here, but just got supper prepped. Stuffed peppers..we will have leftovers tomorrow. No rain this week, but our temps will remain in the 90's. Take care and have a wonderful week.
